I've been trying to figure out how to make a custom Hatchet out of figures from the TF5 line and some other similar toy lines out now. I tried to kitbash Slash and Berserker but that didn't work, so I tried the 1 step Berserker and that didn't work either. Any ideas on what I can use (Does not have to be transformable)

You have no desire to use the Hatchet figure itself? Maybe grafted onto a crankcase or berserker figure?

Not with how much it goes for. If I could find one at a garage sale or a thrift store I wouldn't hesitate to chop it up and throw it on a few different molds... but I don't want to pay the money for a voyager to get a scout sized figure that I'm just going to slice up. The head of Berserker is soft enough I can whittle it down to shape, like I did with my Crowbar custom.

For my Hatchet I used dotm crowbar, dotm ravage, prime megatron, FoC Grimlock, and some car from dotm.
