I'm not sure if this is the place to post this so I apologize in advance. Recently I scored a MIB Target's Ultimate Predaking locally for $30 and decided to use my old voyager one to make a Beast Hunters version worthy of Galvatron.

Pictured is my preliminary digibash "rough sketch" I'll use as a guide so the actual paint may differ. I'm hoping to have this finished in the next two weeks. Right now I'm still figuring out a plan of attack as far as how to dissemble, mask, and paint the thing.

 

Looks like a cool project. I am curious about all those alt modes. Can BH Predaking pull off all those without moding? Your text gave me the impression that you would just be painting the figure.

 

Absolutely...no mods needed what so ever!!!! This will be a (hopefully) simple repaint only. The bot & beast mode were stock photos. All of the other modes are actual pics I personally took after playing with the figure this evening to see what I could come up with. This is Galvatron we're talking about so I want to make him as awesome as I can! All I used was a little imagination and my cell phone camera. The only thing I did do was rearrange Predaking's guns and tail. The robot mode will actually have both guns on his arms and the "tail sword" will stay in tact.

 

Interesting, interesting... you might consider dubbing this fellow "Gigatron" instead of "Galvatron", after the similar looking, multi-changing RID2000 Predacon leader. Especially if you can work out a "hand" mode for him!

Those are some great fan-modes! Would you consider posting more pics in the future (maybe when the painting's done?) to show how they work? "Unicron's Targetmaster" mode is especially great.

 

All you need now is to find a Hand Mode... and you can repaint it as RID Galvatron.
