    I hated his buttfins so much that I cut them off and permanently mounted them on his arm. It doesn't affect transformation.

    Next up, glue his head on so it quits falling off in a light breeze.

    actually you didn't have to cut it off. One side is held with a pin but the other is just a hinge joint similar to Barricade's backpack so you can pop it off. It's what I did with my Nitro Zeus and KSI Boss customs

    I like it. It balances out his arms and wouldn't make a half bad shield.

    I had to cut it since I didn't want the connector rod sticking out of his arm.

    The shield is a good idea, I'll look at modding the fins to fold flatter for it.
