I am in the same boat but my status is "order processed".

 

I'm still waiting on shipment, but the money has been set aside on my card. It isn't shown, but the numbers add up to show the amount is set aside. My order details page doesn't show whether it's in process or not though.

 

The good news is your order is not cancelled. If it was, it would say so under that status column. I would check your credit card company, meaning to call them and see if there are any holds. If not, call HTS, and find out where your order stands.

If you paid by Paypal, that may also hold things up.

You probably have a pending charge on your credit card, and likely shipping out soon.

 

When they released the SDCC EXCLUSIVES, they shipped the Revolution set in the case pack, which is flimsy cardboard and no packing protection. Arrived beat to hell. They replaced it. But the guy I spoke to sounded like this was a regular occurrence.

 

Negative ghost rider. No pending or processed transactions for my order. I will give it until Wednesday and then call if still no shipping notice.

 

Order Received means they have your order and your payment info, but they haven't actually charged you or gotten the money yet.

Order Processed means they've successfully taken your money.

It took 3 days for my payment to go through (even though in the past it has taken 2 minutes) so I'm betting they were so slammed from orders that they're still processing payment from people. They might have started the process, but it didn't clear with the bank in time, so the bank put the money back. They'll still get around to taking your money, probably.

 

I wouldn't wait then. Call tomorrow. Get answers.

 

The charge is still showing up with my bank, but my HTS order page has no product description and no status...

But I wad told on Friday that it should ship on Monday, and if not to call them.

Just got my shipping notice - there was no "pending" or status change an hour ago - just kind of out of the blue. I imagine a bit of patience (I ordered w/in two minutes of it going online) and most of us will have shipping notices in the next couple hours

 

Also just got shipping notice. I was just surprised that it still has not reappeared on card transactions. Meh.

Now just praying box does not get destroyed.

 

Just out of curiosity what was the first three of your order number, and where is it shipping to?

I'm trying to see if there is any logic to how they are sending them out.

 

I just got my shipping notice email. FedEx tracking number isn't working yet, but that's standard. Yay!

 

Also got the shipped email for Arcees (Revolution set order is still sitting at "received"), apparently about twenty minutes ago (though I wasn't watching email too closely then).

170 to MN. And I did standard shipping. Without much information, I kinda bet they did everyone that paid extra for shipping first, then moved to the rest of us in order of checkout time, but that's not an informed opinion.

The thing is that they appeared to have shipped them separately as I have two tracking #s, one that says the product shipped Friday and the other saying label created, weird.
