So, they put Leadfoot's head on Topspin's body? Since nothing was ever mentioned about the fate of the Wreckers besides Leadfoot, why not just made it actually Topspin in Cuba? I'll never understand the continuity in these movies. We've got things like energon detectors, and the pyramids holding the sun harvester, and the Ark on the moon, yet they can't remember that they blew up Starscream's head in Dark of the Moon? Or that Cybertron was huge before? Like, did they only watch the trailers for the previous movies before writing this one? As if they'd actually know. I think we on the forums are more well-versed in which robots are who. Yo, Day Trader has some serious mass shifting going on. Look at the windshield on top of his head compared to the rest of his body. This is Bay's one saving grace. I honestly get pissed off when people say his movies look like shit, because his scenes are beautifully constructed and dynamic. Where he falls short is in editing. Too many cuts and too quick. Honestly, it feels like the designers gave up on changing up the bots too extensively after RotF, probably assuming no one would notice. Christ, Bumblebee has had the same vents on his hips since the first movie, despite the fact that none of the Camaros have had those on the car since RotF.
Another strange detail on Mowhawk, his right arm has forks and a spoon strapped to it. What is up with Decepticons and strapping useless junk to themselves? I wish they had survived and we actually got to learn more about them. He's also got green spray paint on the tread of his tire, but pointing out that disappears in vehicle mode isn't as important as wondering where the heck that silverware goes, and why the cables used to tie things to himself doesn't inhibit his transformation.
Haha I know it's interesting. I never noticed Barricade also has a chain until this thread. At least his looks cool and he actually survived (main rule of the movieverse is Barricade will live forever) so maybe we can learn more about it that way.
I'd appreciate some shots of the knights, I'm trying to figure out how many of each design there are which is pretty tough when going off of youtube videos.
