I guess I'm one of the few that actually like the more complex transformations.

Lol. As I've said before, there's complex transformations and then there's bad tolerances. I have far less stress transforming MP-36/ROTF Prime/DOTM Sentinel than this. Everything falls into place beautifully.

I was, but I also own ROTF LC OP and MB 11 and like its/their transformation too. I do not yet own a copy of MPM4 and will not pick one up until I know for sure that the copy I am getting will have the tabbing issues resolved. So I guess it will be a long wait for me.

Yeah.. KO MPM-4 is not bad choice. But I wonder the potential KO's plastic quality in handling the complex transformation.
Will it be at the same tolerance level of the Hasbro's plastic quality? Much durable ot a less?

That's one of the major concern from KO products. Plastic quality.
It seems KO makers kinda having a hard time replicating the right plastic content the originals have.
unless the quality is intentionally watered down to be able to sell it cheap.

Yeah... this really isn't an issue anymore. Most KOs worth their weight (especially Masterpiece KOs) are on par with the same or better plastic then their original version.

If we get a KO MPM 4, the only concern would be if it was improved at all to fix the issues that the original has.

Yeah. I can't imagine when if ever KO makers finally solved the tabbing issues and shove it to hasbro's face.

With the video shown Tak's version of not tabbed chest, I'm having an impression that they didn't fixed the issues.
But I hope i'm wrong and it's just lazy set up from videographer's end.

Got my Hasbro one. Boy the thing's a reaaaal fickle to mess around. I actually had the most trouble in lifting up the hips for the legs to tab into the back.

It seems that the hood tabbing issues is about as severe as @Actar here, but I haven't tried emgo's method yet.

The smokestacks in mine seem to line up marginally better though.

Right now most of our hopes of fix w/out modding is the method of Emgo's and Daniel777's.
I'll try it again tonight. Man, it's a real pain.

Has-Tak's design team are kinda lazy not considering using "Clickity-Tabs" on the problematic areas to hold things together.
They instead used just "Push Tabs" which giving our fingers kind of pain.
Most of all, the weak point which is door panels only using just "Lining Grooves/Cavities" for keeping the halves of door panels' stability.
It's like a small fraction of plastic tabs is such a big deal for their production budget.

The figure showcased in the magazine looks to be the same one displayed at Wonderfest

It's missing silver paint above the right eye.
