    Just watched the video and XTB nailed it, even with the feet faction flipping option was a nice touch. TW's is great if you are re-imagining Cosmos in those colors and size but for G1 fans that are following the cartoon feel, XTB did a great job.

    I believe, like the OS DX9 & FT threads, there are no real losers here. Both companies are offering a choice, instead of catering to one type of collector. All I can from here is lets see some more minibots because I know Brawn & Outback can be done better, and we are still missing Cliffjumper.

    The reviews have reinforced how much I need this guy. I need to display him using the bugspray on Grenadier and Mercenary.

    That's it. If you look at the can that makes the torso Spaceracer's is bigger than Klaatu's, but the saucer part is 30-50% smaller. Really can't stand SR's alt-mode proportions; he's more like a flying trash can than a saucer.

    If quality is at least on par with Paean, Klaatu could end up very high up in my personal 3P toy list for 2017! He's so cute - I want to give him a big hug! :)

    Haven't seen all the vidos yet but i wonder if u can leave the inverted part as green in saucer mode, so he can have a single faction symbol on chest an no white area on front. Looks possible?

    It looks like the green/white flaps are the same shape on both sides, so you can probably just leave it green if you don't like the white.

    For me, Klaatu gets so many things right but just misses..... character.
    Also, like he has MP36 legs that go on for far too long.

    Spaceracer gets so many things wrong, but has character.
    Also, he's dumpy in the right way, and with a great head.
