Just a shame he is missing his sword but hopefully tfsexpress will sort it sharpish.

I blame @motorthing for this enablement

    So TFN Haul Megapost time!

Fist off, the bots. I went with no list of wants. This was probably a mistake, as this happened :lol

That Takara Ratchet was £12!!! Overlord is surprisingly awesome but the winner is Grinder (haven't opened MMC Whirl yet though). What an absolute beast of a figure. Wasn't sure if i wanted him as i've got MP Grimmy but my god, he is just brilliant.

Nick Roche Sketches. Got to see him finish off the Unicron sketch, which was awesome to see. He really is such a nice guy so chatty even after what could have been the busiest artist stall of the con. Gave him that mousemat i made of my recreation of LSOTW 5 too :)

[IMG]Untitled by Kevin Gorman, on Flickr

Galvatron by Geoff Senior. AWESOME. That is all.

    Signed Simon Furman scripts.

A signed copy of Stuart Webbs new book. Pick it up if you like the UK comic, he's doing great work on this project.

Toy-Fu Stuff. With the poster they made of one of my covers. Looks bloody great in massive size! :D

    Signed prints by Bob Budiansky

    Signed prints by Geoff Senior

Dark Judges Print and sketchbook from Kei Zama. She should totally be doing 2000AD!

[IMG]Untitled by Kevin Gorman, on Flickr

Signed Nick Roche Deaths Head / Deadpool print. I LOVE this!

[IMG]Untitled by Kevin Gorman, on Flickr

Unrustable Bastards Print from Sid. The prototype was on display and looks pretty damn excellent. Can't wait!

[IMG]Untitled by Kevin Gorman, on Flickr

Postcard print from the wonderfull Inkybauds/Graham

And last but not least. I brought this along.

[IMG]Untitled by Kevin Gorman, on Flickr

The reaction to it actually blew my mind. Seriously humbled by the the kind words that were said in my direction :)

May need to see about making more :)

Finally worked up the courage to show Furman and Senior it on sunday and their reaction just blew me away even further. Seeing Simon Furman call over Bob Budiansky to show him something i'd made, there are no words, really there aren't :)

    They even signed it :)

[IMG]Untitled by Kevin Gorman, on Flickr

Stupidly i didn't ask Bob to sign it, but hey, he saw it and loved it so it's all good :)

Opposite was A1 Toys, which didn't have lots to offer I think, same as everyone else. Someone brought the Captain America shield though.
Next to them All the Cool Stuff. A good example of how it pays to browse as A1 right next to them had some stuff £5 cheaper.
Then I think the one you mean was ToyFu? But now thinking more i am wrong.
I heard some stores couldn't make it. Someone from Singapore.

It was another case of all the same stuff from the website at no cheaper prices which was a shame. There's some good stuff to be found but so much old Titans Returns all over.
Some retailer's held things for the con only. Like the last RID wave, more twin twist and misfire, splitting waves for single sale.
Annoyed I missed Ramhorn and even Seaspray as I didn't look properly. Didn't even bother with Trypticon as it was no cheaper. I may as well just have it delivered to home but they flew out the door!

I do wish they had some older 3p there also but hard to bring it all. I liked seeing the GI Joe exclusive stuff there. Tempting. I still didn't even bother picking up any of the tons of movie stuff ID Toys brought. Barricade was still over £20.
Still I brought many things that are terrible value for money but it had to be done! Lol
Big thanks to all the retailer's for their hard work and attending :)

I always was hovering around the toy fu stall, usually get the best stuff there, I think I spent £180 of my £320 spend on that stall. All for a good cause. Also helped Nottingham Robot Company with their prize draw, was shocked by the stuff that was in the mystery box was a right treasure trove.

To be honest, the only lens I have is just the one in my camera. The zoom is really fantastic for far away shots like my moon pictures and the autofocus is really great for up close objects.

I decided to give Fans Toys Seaspray a shot so that should be with me in a couple of days :)

Discovered via a friend's Facebook message that figurines of the Dr Who Mr Men are being produced. It's been a while since I added a new Fourth Doctor to my collection and he's one of the initial releases :)

I see TRU and Smyths have got TR Trypticon in. Box looks really nice in person.

Got bored this week so have started collecting again anyway after a two year hiatus. What I miss.......where did masterforce go?

Picked up TR Sixshot and Skyshadow from FP and ordered an Overlord + SDCC Maximus from Kapow.

If only I could find a TR Powermaster Prime in-stock somewere. Edit, found a Super Ginrai version so that will do.

image.jpg Hm, what do we think everyone? I was disappointed by Bludgeon's arms just hanging off the back in his alt mode, exposed hands and all. A big surprise since the original use of the mould in Megatronus turns the arms into the main cannon. I've Frankensteined the two together but I'm not yet sure about the colours. Opinions? Well, dagnabbit, so much for snatching up TR Wave 5 in one fell swoop on Payday! Turns out a Kapow restock is unlikely and ID Toys only got Windblades left so it looks like muggins here will have to do the rubbish 'W' word and...
    *Urgh*
    Wait.
    Rassum frassum.
    Current mood with self: :throw

Fings crossed they go live on Smyths site, and don't just disappear like Sixshot!
