Nice Episode and there's a story about a woman shapeshift into a coyote and fall in love with a werewolf?!?
I do want to point out, Seth was correct in thinking High Moon developed a movie game. They developed the Dark of the Moon game.
High Moon also made WFC and FoC. My two favorite TF games until Devastation came along from Platinum.
I actually really liked how the RotF game handled transformations. Made the multiplayer a hell of a lot of fun to play back in the day. Honestly I\'d love to somehow see the MP mode of the RotF game brought back. I think it was even more engaging than WfC/FoC\'s mode and I loved that mode, too.
Yeah, I meant to say movie game, and for some reason put Transformers game. Don't know how I managed that.
I've actually been getting into 40K in the last week or so since my friend's been into it for a few years. I was actually painting an Ultramarine while listening to this...
Huh. Small world. I've been playing Warmachine for about 4 years. You're kinda jumping on the game in a period of some major in-game changes. Cryx used to be the big bad tournament favorite but it took a nerf early on in Mk.3 and Cygnar was head and shoulders ahead of every other faction. Recently Privateer Press has been pushing "theme forces" with aimed to make things easier for potential new players to buy stuff in line with a certain theme. "Ghost Fleet" which is the pirate sub-theme/faction of Cryx. And be warned, hate to say it but the Warmachine/Hordes players for the most part are spikes (i.e. very serious players). Like anything, start playing with friends and evaluate your local gaming scene. You will come up against a spike who plays to win and can just shut you out. Its a fun game but like any game you are going to have good and bad players whether its in terms of attitude or gaming
