This picture would explain why Megatron can reach Prime\'s location so quickly, for he has been watching them all the time! That\'s Megatron! Wait quietly, and if there is a chance he will catch it without hesitation!
Yup. Plus it does explain what they were filming in Norway. Man, so many things did not make the cut, like the Autobot team racing through London with rubble falling down or Autobots and Decepticons charging at each other in vehicle modes. If it weren't for that Coke commercial we wouldn't even have a Bumblebee-Barricade robot fight out of TLK
Totally agreed. So many things were not shown in the movie.I was hoping to see more fight between Optimus and Megatron, but I really love those scenes when Megatron still remembered he and Optimus are brothers. Yeah,That ads was awesome! What a shame they didn't really fight in the movie.
A London filming video on instagram of (IIRC) Hound, Bumble, Crosshairs, and Drift charging at Onslaught, Barricade, and Dreadbot Hooligan, all in their vehicle modes and presumably about to transform and fight each other. This was probably the part I was looking forward to the most with the Decepticons, and instead it gets cut out and they all just end up being either killed or useless after the town fight.
Well, really just shortening the town fight and putting two more Con deaths in it, (Onslaught and Hooligan's deaths are REALLY short) cutting the entire London fight and making a really boring chase scene to replace it. ...Assuming Onslaught and Hooligan die in the original London fight, at least. I would be very surprised if they originally survived until the final battle.
I'm guessing that the town fight was supposed to be huge, with Drift going one-on-one with Mohawk (killing him) and later Onslaught, Barry with Bumble, Crosshairs fighting Hooligan, and Hound holding Megatron back, with Nitro Zeus getting decapitated by Cogman, who takes his body and turns the fight around, and introduces himself then. There's also the possibility that all of these concept scenarios were abandoned early on, and the fights didn't suck due to editing, but because all of the shitty treatment of Decepticons was intended from the beginning. It's nicer to believe it's all the editing's fault, though.
But was there anything to indicate Hound would be at the town fight? Also, while that Cogman bit sounds like a neat introduction I would save that for the end of the movie.
