They won't answer questions on specific characters, especially ones that haven't been officially announced. It would be smarter to simply ask them if Titans Return has finished.
Your logic is questionable. The differences in the art from the Speed/Strength sets as well as no clones could point to the another direction of the two sets being more integrated perhaps with a common source material perhaps such as a movie boxset instead of ad hoc thrown together like speed/strength where you had Armada, TF Season 3/4, Masterforce, IDW/Marvel and characters with little fiction thrown together.
I would think less of you if you did Actually, what I really want is Hasbro to do their own version of FP's Glacierlord and use the name Slammoth from the Victorion name poll. How in the world did people vote Victorion over Slammoth?

He's not a Primemaster, he's a Titanmaster. You can see the bottom of the Magnus's face and helmet in the picture. The art is close enough for me to think he's got the same chest as Rodimus and Thunderwing but I can't identify where the arms and legs are from (Rodimus is Ptero, Thunderwing is Fangry)
everyone is saying that the is certainly no boxsets as hasbro confirmed it. but they specifically said their will be no more boxsets this year. so next year, we might get our intelligence and fireboats boxset with ultra magnus and race in one of them (and maybe springer) and scorponok for the fireboats boxset along with snapdragon or apeface.
