I'd watch RiD more if they added an IDW-esque Overlord. That'd be fun.

Sorry, contains spoilers? Where? I haven\'t seen anything new here.
Since half the world oddly calls Season 3 Season 4 - this is confusing. Do they mean 26 more episodes, or that the current season will be 26 episodes?

 

Basically the current season "Combiner Force" will be 26 episodes long.
bringing the total episode count to 71, but the article claims the show will have 78 episodes
meaning it may have a 7 episode "mini-season" tacked on the end like season 2 did with the 6 Starscream/Scavengers episodes

Which is also what has caused the confusion on if the currently airing season "Combiner Force" is season 3 (meaning the starscream episodes are just considered a part of season 2) or if this is season 4 (meaning the starscream episodes are their own very short season but are considered season 3)
There doesn't seem to be a solid confirmation on which is accurate since different sources (Hasbro, Cartoon Network, Regional Television Channels, etc) refer to the seasons differently

 

With some of the mob boss talk and other setups they've hinted at, that would be neat. Really, any variation of Overlord could prove interesting. With the more comedic elements of the show combined to some of the IDW elements and original elements, they could probably get another 26 ep season with that material. Making them reach the 100 episodes mark.

 

So, nothing on Team Prime yet? I\'m really wanting them to see the new Bee and his crew. I can kinda see who\'s going to get along with each other already lol. Also,

Which is frankly what I assumed and just helps my argument that the 78x22min episode count that has been there since the beginning wasn't left intact because it was updated, correct info but just because they didn't bother changing that part.

So again, we still don't know if RID will even get those extra episodes.

And yeah, I think we will only know for sure what season those episodes belong to once they release the show on BR or DVD.

 

I am really excited! Wheeljack from Prime was my favorite character and probably my most favorite iteration of Wheeljack. The guy can literally be a scientist or a samurai. The name just fits him so well but I prefer the samurai more. Honestly, I hope his episode will somehow involve Blastwave, Bee, and Drift and his past a little more. Or maybe we'll finally see Bludgeon and Blastwave again.

 

I'm not sure anything has been confirmed about Wheeljack returning or seeing the entirety of Team Prime.

 

Rescue Bots isn't a real Transformers cartoon, so it doesn't count.

 

Well, I sure hope Wheeljack finally comes back during an episode of "Transformers Robots In Disguise - Combiner Force", 'cuz I'm really looking forward to seeing it, along with James Horan finally coming back to reprise his role as Wheeljack!  

 

You're right, we should disregard the long-running series that's helped introduce Transformers to younger audiences and helped grow the fanbase.

 

I think so. The toys in RID line is getting better and better every wave. Some might are even better than Generations line today.

Tbh, this is show is better than Prime. It started dumb then getting better at every each episode. Unlike Prime, aside from animation and art style, the story were lackluster. Sure, it's epic in almost every episode but is it? Half of them were unnecessarily epic. While RID has lower animation standards, I found it really enjoyable and ease my eyes. Heh, even a random Decepticon of the week has more personality than Arcee in Prime, lol.

Alright, enough for the babbling.

I would like to see the original Prime members fully return to the show. Maybe team up with bee or keep working with Prime's team. Also, I would like to know where has Optimus been all along too and Windblade   in Barbie's voice hahahaha.

Strongarm and her friend, Nightra, were on the road to stop a speeding Wrecker. The Wrecker jumped onto Nightra and slashed her Autobot insignia. Only Wheeljack comes to mind.
