I am a little surprised they didn't unveil it in person at TFCon, I wonder what the deal is...

Although, I've seen them tease a figure and we thought it would be a bunch of months, end on end and all of a sudden they were in stock at stores and ready to go.
Their Springer and Sixshot come to mind. I'm wondering if that's what they're doing here, but this time skipping the color pics altogether, and just getting it out there. Let the chips fall where they may kind of deal.

 

Movie toys are often more definitive in what they SHOULD look like. G1 stuff has so many versions that there's a lot more room for meaningful feedback, perhaps.
