Think I about summed it up. At this rate, though I'm passing on this, I'm glad Onslaught got represented at all (seriously he didn't even get a Turbo Changer). Hope this inspires 3rd parties to reel him in

 

Looks good. I'm never going get it, but I'm glad we're now going to get a good look at onslaught and his design.

Can't wait to see more photos, but I love Onslaught, from G1, he's in my top 10, and I forgot he was in the movie, and was excited... Then... yeah...

 

In that image he looks A LOT like ROTF Long Haul. Was Onslaught also a dump truck in this movie? It went by so quickly I didn't catch his vehicle mode. Or it could be that I tuned out during that ridiculous TMNT homage that added literally nothing to the primary story.

So if his design is actually based on Long Haul, seems like an easy reuse of the mold. I always loved G1 Onslaught's colors. Actually Bruticus was my favorite of the combiners because his colors and visual design.

Then again, a leader class Blackout with pop up chest canon was an obvious choice that was also missed by Hasbro and Takara. I still want one. And they could have sold it again as a Grindor repaint.

 

I don't understand why he's upset anyway. He'd just hide it in his closet or say how much his parents bitch at him for buying toys.

 

I'd much rather Longhaul over Onslaught.
I see an Alt-Longhaul every time l look at this.

Oh yay, an expensive statue of a Literally Who character who had about 10 seconds of screen time. Maybe 30 seconds. At best.

 

You people need bigger hearts ;.;

He's the perfect candidate for a statue. Instead of just being a snapshot of a character's one of many moments, this statue can represent Onslaught's entire performance: standing around and being absolutely worthless.

 

At least we have hearts. Onslaught doesn't.

why so much disappointment? coz I believe no matter Prime1 made first, onslaught, nitro zeus, barricade or even hot rod and bee, I bet most of you still won't buy it.

 

Remember when Hasbro cared about their movie line? Revenge of the Fallen was extended with the fantastic Hunt for the Decepticons line. Onslaught would have definitely made the grade back then. But I guess with Titans Return the movie toys are more of a 2nd income type thing.

 

A HFtD-tier Voyager class Onslaught would probably contend with a HFtD-tier Deluxe Dreadbot and actually good Voyager Sentinel Prime for most wanted movie figures ever.

 

What about a more accurate Nitro without the headmaster gimmick, a Dispensor that actually turns into a vending machine, and HFtD Reed man

 

Cause none of us have enough money to buy a prime 1 statue

 

I see your point but FoC is a little different because it's the same as having Stormtroopers or Clones padding out the armies. These films reusing models is blatantly to save time and money and it cheapens the film. Especially since it's always the reused bots who get one shotted.

 

So Prime 1 Studios give us a movie verse Onslaught, yet Has-Tak wont. I guess I\'ll have to try and do a custom but I have no idea where to start.
