Damn, bee uses tge painted windows instead of the clear ones  , oh well  , the set is looking promising.

Looks like the 70s Camaro is missing the "battle damage".

 

We get an old figure reissued with a new deco and Hasbro gets to cut paint apps. It's a win-win!  

 

So, TF1 BB lacks the wear and rust, and the other two are unchanged from the retail releases? Laaaame...

 

I want that Bumblebee 3-Pack! I REALLY DO!!!

 

Well they just look like the standard releases, nothing special.

 

Well, we haven't seen the robot modes yet. You never know, they may have new decos! (Probably not)

 

Sweet looks like 1st camaro is without the weathering. Definitely getting

 

So these are official "leaks", then?  

It's odd for someone to have these, in-hand, but only show a glimpse of the back. It's beyond disingenuous for a company to simultaneously keep a tight lid and lament corporate leaks... whilst leaking info in a manner that they've clearly stated they're against?   Maybe I just don't like corporate marketing disguised as viral, user leaks.  

 

I like the look of the new TLK Bee and I never got 77 Bee so I'll only be double dipping on 76 Bee, but I can give the extra 76 Bee to my son.

 

What a shame. This set reveal brought me closer to buying it (with the inclusion of all BB's I can tolerate/enjoy), but shot itself in the foot by removing the wear from the '74 Camaro Bumblebee and not giving it clear windows. The wear's like Sam's ROTF "jersey!" And the lighting made the glaring effect of TLK BB's wing pieces show as painted over clear plastic. Until new info shows otherwise, it's gonna be a hard pass at its current listing price and fall from my expectations

 

This pack is so weird. Mostly because of the AoE Bumblebee, and the specific one they picked. A much better way would've been a five pack, as follows:
TF2007 Classic Camaro Bumblebee, but with the clear windows and a premium paint job
Dark of the Moon Deluxe Bumblebee, again with a premium paint job and windows instead of nets.
AoE Classic Camaro Bumblebee. Premium paint job. I'm sure you're sensing a theme here.
Direct re-release of the Autobots United AoE Bumblebee
And finally a premium paint job version of the TLK Bumblebee
Peg it at $90, and people would buy it. Sure, it's five of the same character, but that's four good molds (and one that isn't bad, even now), all with new better paint and in one case, a desperately needed retool.

Alternately, charge an extra $10 or so for it, and retool the AoE Classic Camaro 'Bee into the original movie 'Bee, and give us the DOTM Bumblebee instead of the AoE one if they want to keep it a three-pack.

 

The lack of clear windows on the 2007 Bee is a bit infuriating, but I'm glad the terrible scorch-marks are gone. Then again, this could've been an opportunity to do them better.
On the one hand, I own none of these molds and I like how they all look. On the other hand, I already have the first RotF Deluxe Bee and while his automorph is almost completely broken, he looks good enough to me.

 

You refer to the automorph of the chest?

 

I'm probably going to end up passing on this. I spent a few months debating which old Bee to get and just bought High Octane Bee not that long ago. Ill just buy regular retail TLK Bee if there isn't better paint or something.

I'm just curious, which bee do you have an extra of? AoE Bee is a '67 Camaro, first movie Bee is a '76/'77.

In any case, I kinda think it's awesome they're doing this. I've only gotten the DOTM Deluxe Bumblebee, and it's also a great way of showing how far toy engineering has come since 2007.
