I've actually felt bad for him since some of the figures he gets are always loose and bad while optibotimus, emgo, peaugh etc. gets the solid figures. But he just complains so much honestly.

The only counterpoint is that it is in fact his decision to buy one-steps and crap like that, so when he complains about those, there's little to no defense.
I do hear him on the loose joints, though. My store-bought Voyager TR Prime is a mess. Getting Cybertron Longrack, BW Fuzors Siverbolt and Armada UB Hot Shot for 13 bucks total lessened the blow, though, as they've got extremely satisfying joint tolerances.

Just have this feeling that Cogman is Saturn's Ring.

Wasn't Bumblebee Saturn? Or who was it?

It's obviously Hot Rod. Makes sense, as Bee is Saturn, and Hot Rod is his brother in arms. Saturn's Rings = Hot Rod.

Then why is Hot Rod a Walmart exclusive, while the codename came from Toysrus computer?

My guess is they're rereleasing the guy for general retail because they forgot to add in a weapon for the Walmart exclusive. My second guess is they made a more Lamborghini accurate mold where he has the door wings and has his time machine gun. My third and fourth guess is the WW2 mode or the mode he turned into before the Lamborghini.

Fifth guess, just something screwy on the computer, so there is no mystery Deluxe figure.

Plus the flip and change Hot Rod was listed as Saturn's Rings. And Cogman is definitely Zodiac, confirmed by the One Step figure's listing.

Maybe there will be a totally new mould deluxe Hot Rod that's not part of the exclusive line, given that the Autobot Unite subline is all repaints and remoulds, but I don't see it coming out so soon after the exclusive.

If it's not, is it still worth getting the exclusive at this point? I'm just hoping they release more details of it very soon.

I guess there'll be upcoming stuff at SDCC, I'm at least expecting Cogman, Bumblebee, Nitro and Dragonstorm to be on display, plus the Transformers Tribute figures, so we'll see I suppose.

Cogman is Zodiac. We already know that via his 1-Step Turbo Changer.

Deluxe "Zodiac" has his own product code number and UPC which are both different from the "Saturn Rings" listing.
