I had this problem as well, but I found out it was due to mine missing one of the screws in the chest area, so the plastic gave too much yield. does yours have both screws?

    Yup.

Everything is present and accounted for. When I had the issue with the screw in my one hip barley being screwed in I went and inspected the entire figure afterwords for others.

It doesn't matter what side I plug in, the first one always goes right in. After its in the other becomes really hard to get lined up and tabbed in.

in Actars Video it looks like he's able to get one side in very easy and the other side takes some finagling. that could just be how it is for all of them?

I don't always buy figures with qc issues. But when I do, I prefer them to be official.

Anyone have issues with the little yellow collar pieces constantly falling out? I just barely move them and they pop right out of their ball sockets. I'm thinking of just taking them out, or just not bothering with them for transformation.

Yes, I'm having issues with the side torso pieces, too. I get one on and the other is off by like the whole peghole width.

The only other issue I have with this figure are the feet. Mine stands ok... Kinda, but it's the transformation that kills me. I get the wheel pegged into the foot assembly, but any time I try to move the ankle the wheel comes loose.

Other than that, it's a very good representation of movie bumblebee. Probably my favorite thus far. :thumb

Thanks. I always like going from alt mode to bot mode when transforming a figure for the first time.

If its the side flaps under the arm pits I did have this problem initially. The trick I found was to tab these in, then click the metal spine into place. Its a little odd that it works this way, but not when you click the spine together. It seems to push the roof section up and prevent the tabs from reaching.

Just the front widnows don't tab well in actar and TCracker's experience.

    Others did it, tho.

Well...these QC issues are very concerning. So much so, that...I think I'm actually going to pass on both of them, for now. It's just way too many here with these problems, and unless there's something done about it in the future to come up with a fix, I'm going to have to drop my movie masterpiece line before I even start. That's a shame, because it was actually something I was truly looking forward to. But at what point do we vote with our wallets? I've got the regular MP line, that's fine for me (even those figures have some issues, but clearly not like this) for now. I can't quite my MP G1 line, lol, but this will be an easier pass...what do they expect, when they release stuff with so many issues? I don't want to sound too negative, but there's gotta be a breaking point.

Thus far, the perfectly tabbed ones (1-2 out of many) are forcing the plastic to sit in a position they don't want to be in. It's like balancing a We still have not seen any trick to getting them into place (securely) that doesn't require force.

Regarding Bee's side panels here is how I do it:

    image.jpeg

Put your finger in from the back (I know) and gently press and hold the inner black peg down while pushing the side panel piece up with your thumb. They make them go in extremely easily and they are rock solid.
