I wouldn't count on it. The only thing Takara has done differently for this line is a retool of Armor Knight Optimus instead of Hasbro's straight repaint of the regular AOE leader Class. The rest are exactly the same.
I\'ll stick with my aoe Crosshairs but I want that Bee asap. The later waves of this movie are shaping up to be far better then the first waves.
I never get any movie BEE`s , but I actually like the transformation ... love the inner front car parts pressent on the lower legs ...<3 Might get him ...
I'm just glad Bee doesn't have gimpy ankles for once. This arms are still kinda small but not horribly. The mass is much more evenly distributed this time.
OK to answer your first statement. What I said was that if they could put yesterday's build quality (2005 - 2009 The Likes of TFCybertron, Classics 1.0, Transformers 2007, &ROTF/2009 Voyagers/Leaders) and mix that with today's engineering, because no matter what YOU say they have much better skills today, with computer generated imagery and 3D sculpting helping them out 10 fold! With not only the LOOK but the DESIGN/TRANSFORMATION ITSELF I'm well aware of the quality decrease in the recent years and DOTM wasn't a quality issue more then just a parts count issue. The materials were still top notch just that it was the beginning of when they started cutting things down like extra joints and less steps & whatnot. But just because it was beginning of it, doesn't make it bad quality. Especially compared to my 1st argument which was Titans Return. NOT Combiner Wars because some of those had quality plastics comparitively, I'm talking the nightmare plastic they are using today in RiD and the 2016/2017 Titans Return figures. Trust me the Titans Return are not even close to the quality of the TLK movie figures & thats what my statement was about. I bought all the old stuff as u can clearly see on my site, and I buy all the new stuff too. So I have a pretty good idea of both worlds. But I will something you said that stuck out, it is true that they are not making figures especially in the classics line (generations whatever) as good as before so why not just keep the ones you have. I certainly do for thar one Reason. I don't find trading in older figures to be as effective as just keeping those and buying the new ones as a secondary hobby. NOT as the stand in of my collection. Because they are not nearly as tough, like my 2008 Drift blows the 2017 Hot Rod out of the fucking water! For example. So I totally agree with you there. And I think if you were experiencing what I am as the TLK line as a whole compared to the mainlines from the last 2 years (2017 2016) thry are pushing, you might feel that way too.
Something wrong with the head sculpt. The EYE.. I don't like the EYE. IT FEELS FLAT and emotionless. Unlike the previous molds like HFTD Bee and DOTM Bee where the eyes are a separated plastic part from the head and eye socket.
Guy the back part can fold up like the mpm3 bumblebee so it may have a flat back(it doesnt have a hump that crosses the wings) or i just spread fake news good and bad new yeye
Got him on Friday. He's great except for a major gripe I have. His left wing is extremely loose. It falls off when I pick him up. Must be a QC issue. Other than that this is an awesome piece. Definitely recommended.
I highly doubt that. It isn't on shelves much now due to kids I think. Most fans here, the older fans, did not buy it. It may actually be separate here too but Hasbro also painted the eyes, which led to the flat look. I might get Crosshairs if there is no PVC, I hated the PVC coattails which turned into the bottom of the doors for the car. Wish this Bumblebee had a battle mask
Most pictures of this guy I've seen before this one were very unflattering. This looks like a very well done mold, shame about the QC issue on yours though.
I was planning to get wave3 bumblebee but, It less likely now becuase of the mpm03 bumblebee and there is no deployable battle mask.
cant say about the MPM because i don't have him. the wings themselves are supposed to be able to fold all the way along his back (but not at an angle like the CGI model)
I know, right?? Then I'd be actually intested in the mold, As is, the missing paint, no mask, and that price? Battle Blades wins it's spot in my collection, STILL.
Aw man that sucks But could I at least see the back of the figure itself? I want to know if I could fix it with some mods
