Now, I'm usually Mr. Anti-Upsize-KO..... BUT.... I need to replace my Prime:BH Voyager Shockwave on my 1986 Movie shelf with a bigger version of this I just NEED to.

Yeah, I really want their upcoming Legends Bruticus, but it's $220. That's kind of obscene.

I totally agree. $220 is obnoxious. hopefully it lowers in price.

 

They're $30 apiece. That's cheaper than the seekers and only $5 more than Shockwave. And for those extra $5 they combine!

 

It should be $210 for the entire set, and divided by 5 bots is an average of $42. I'm fine with it though. They look amazing and have the added play value of combining. Part of this cost probably also goes to the hands, feet, and maybe some other accessories.

 

Okay, so the same price as the seekers. Plus Onslaught being larger. It just makes sense to me

 

I'm not sure where you're shopping, but I'm finding them at $70 per set everywhere. That's $70 for Onslaught alone and $35 a piece for the other four. The limbs aren't that overpriced, but Onslaught is one of the most expensive single releases Iron Factory has done so far.

 

My guess is that the limb sets will be just those figures and Onslaught will come with the hands and feet. So, you might look at it as $50 for onslaught and $20 for the extra accessories.

 

I'm coming from the DX9 camp where their legends Devastator was 6 bots for $160, all the parts were integrated into the individual bots so no parts-forming, and they came with individual weapons in addition to Devastator's big cannon. $210 for a 5 bot Bruticus is a lot in comparison.

 

And that DX9 Devastator was overpriced as it was (the $40-50 KO is the better option but I'd have considered up to around $75 for the DX9 official), so yeah, Bruticus needs a price adjustment too.

$55 x 3 = $165. Shipping from RK runs me about $10-20. Action Robo is the same story. If you're paying $70 for Onslaught, you're shopping at the wrong stores.
