You're probably right, although anything's possible with the new TFCU.

 

This Decepticon "Alcatraz" is an interesting concept, I think it would make sense that humanity would want to capture live Cybertronians for intel/bargaining chips. After all, its easier to extract intel from a live prisoner than a dead enemy. This is, IMO, a much better story plot than "Cemetery Wind" was.
