The third, and likely final, custom I've made out of TR Black Shadow, it's Dai Atlas! So yeah, straight repaint of Black Shadow with a few add on parts to make him more Dai Atlas-y. Added a third horn for his helmet and replaced the shoulder guns with drills (ala Animated Dai Atlas). His Titan Master is Speeder, the micromaster partner the original toy came partnered with. Oh and he's got a makeshift Great Sword that may be a bit too spiky in hindsight but I still like it. Anyways hope you like Dai Atlas here, he was incredibly fun to work on.
I love the paint work and that helmet. The drills are also a nice touch. It may not be super-G1-accurate (that's just the thing I'm personally into though), but it's a great modern update. Very nice!
Awesome job! Any chance you will be turning the tank barrel into a drill, to better emulate the original toy (which was pretty much a jet sitting on a tank, which is an advertised feature of Black Shadow)?
Another awesome idea, perfectly executed. All of these are great. Any chance of a group shot with Magmatron and Mega Dinobot?
The sword is actually made out of the blade from the Primo Vitalis upgrade set and the handle from Animated Megatron's sword.
