Will do though I think Type R and Masabon will more than likely beat me to it. Those guys are always on point when it comes to breaking Japanese TF news. :D

Might just be a preemptive measure because they took down the listing as it wasn't supposed to go live yet.

Yeah, could be - none of the other Amazon areas have this listed, as far as I can see.

Meanwhile, most of the other pulled Amazon Spain listings are now listed at Amazon Italy.

    Link?

If his Hasbro product code numbers is C2405, that would be "Gamma Beam Grey", whom Amazon Spain and TRU UK list as "Bumblebee". Which might or might not be an error and actually be the listing for Nitro.

That would indeed be the mysterious "Gamma Beam Grey" from Amazon US and Canada, aka "TRA 23" from Amazon Germany, aka "Bumblebee" from Amazon Spain and TRU UK.

A cancelled movie MP just before the movie launch? :lol  Not likely.

Still, would be interesting if it happens later. I'm super curious to see how movie MP figures sell (considering all the Bay-hate on here). It could be that they sell poorly-to-ok in the USA, and like hot cakes in China. :sly:  And given the popularity in China, I'm confused about why it took Takara so long to launch this line of MPs at all (they're pretty happy with running G1 AND BWs together).

And does the existence of these movie MPs make the higher grade movie CHUG figures redundant? Seems like HasTak will eventually split the toys between MPs and 1-step/3-step for kids. :sly:  I mean, eventually, I see the deluxe/voyager/leader lines dying off completely.

Good lord, when I first glimpsed the news post on the front page, I thought it was saying Hasbro themselves have canceled the figure.

Considering the failure of the voyager Bumblebee that came from these amazon listings I believe it is fair to say that these listings are crap and do not qualify as confirmation of anything.

I find it strange that tfw2005 front paged that amazon listings in the first place and they front paged this cancelled Barricade thing too. While I considered tfw2005 a reliable source for true news, I watched them promote more fake news within the last few months then I've seen then do in the last 7 years.

We report them as they happen. Rumors, Listings, Sightings, possible Cancellations. Amazon is a reputable site. Please elaborate us more on your so-called "Fake News"?

We have the right to front page news concerning interested parties.

Yet Soundwave is the exact same mold? I'd say it makes at least some sense.

Not to mini-mod you here, but its pretty obvious that the listing was posted early and pulled, not that the toy was actually cancelled. The low-level email answering amazon employee likely picked "cancelled" as the only somewhat close form email response.

The news story should really say to take this news with a grain of salt, not be worded as though its definitive.

While "Amazon" is a reputable site, Amazon Spain is an offshoot and this email answering tech clearly isn't the be-all-end-all guru of TF news.

These amazon listing were written so badly, how could you take them seriously? Do you mean other then these amazon listing. OK how about that photo of all those MTC figures that tfw2005 front paged and within minutes board members figured out that it was fake and tfw2005 had to print a retraction. How about the constant news that a leader Bumblebee, leader Dragonstorm and Deluxe hotrod are coming out despite there is no absolutely no proof. I realize this is a Web site about toys and it's not like you are trying to say that the Russia did it or anything crazy like that but if you are going to front page something I would rather wait get some kind of confirmation first and then publish it. The idea that another web site will beat you to the story is just stupid. Check out how often Seibertron has to print a retraction because they published fake news.

Thanks. I really didn't mean it snarkily, as others have said, its easy to be burned on stuff like this.
