The title page is too small, I can\'t read who\'s doing the art. I seems different from last episode or am I wrong, same pen?
Prime is trying, but he's got a long and difficult road ahead of him. Megatron's invasion of Earth still looms large in most people's minds (conveniently forgetting that Prime and crew worked with the Earth military to kick his ass). His dialog here though highlights the problem he's been facing since the previous volume: the Autobots in general and himself in particular are ill-suited for peacetime after so much fighting.
"You know who my father was?" "regarding the historical files of your mother it is hard to say. Using a dna test we could.." "that's not what I meant!"
She the President of the United States, so show some respect! Plus she really the Autobots biggest Earth "ally" whose tired of the alien invasions.
This particular president has been an annoying pain in the ass ever since she first showed up. She acts less like a president and more like a spy thriller villain.
I think both of them are in agreement on that. I mean Optimus and the President will agree on that and both of them are not the brightest star in the universe.
She only annoying in the since that she doesn't trust the Autobots and has to deal with multiple alien invasions. She the commander-in-chief, so of course she'll act antagonistic. She never said Optimus could stop the invasions, only that shes tried of them including the TF ones.
And complaining to Optimus about them isn't going to do anything so what's the point in bringing it up?
Is this an off month for artists? The artwork for GI Joe this month was horrible. Looked like Samurai Jack\'s designers were drunk.
Because every alien invasion is technically TFs fault; they seed Ore-13 or left tech on the planet that attracts others and fight over it or in the case of some Cons they just hate organic life and want to destroy them. Optimus annexed Earth to protect it from other TF invasions and they just had another one with the Junkions and Sharkticons. It's like what Marissa Faireborn said in OP#6; they (TFs), can't go anywhere without starting fight.
