I agree that he looks huge. Transformission is a "new", learning company so the wizardry of going from a small alt mode to a large bot (while being a combiner limb too) isn't there yet.

No...not really 'new'. They're sister companies with generation toys, which was formerly warbotron.

    Good looking figure.
He does look huge tho as other have said, which at a guess stems from him being the entire arm in combined mode. I want to see him next to the 1st two now for comparison.

I'm aware of the connection. But the differences between both company's releases is there. That's why I put the word: new in quotation marks.

Looking forward to comparing 2 against each other like my Carnage vid.
My after sales support last time from the Seller, the TFM Agent and the TFM official contact was... less than desirable.

He looks good. Hopefully they've been working on fit and finish with the factory.

I will be going against my rule and double dipping on combiners. I'll be getting this and Toyworlds Menasor. Even though this will be small for my MP collection, I just love the early IDW look.

Looks like they spent half the paint budget for the project on this figure and the other half on Powertrain. Wish they were all done with as much paint detail.

Wow - Tony is an A+ awesome guy, and as a former customer of his, I would totally recommend him if cost wise he worked out for you - but $85 + $25 shipping from HK from his shop to me is just too much.

As a shameless plug, I was able to organize with a supplier to offer the next two TFM limbs - Overturn & Revolt to board members for the same price but with free shipping worldwide (or at least most places).

They should be rolling out shortly...

    Cost & Order information here!

@Bots and Bits - what ended up happening with your shoddy paint Carnages? How did you get the problem rectified? What did they do? PM me if the story is not for public consumption.

I remember watching your comparison videos after I'd already ordered Carnage and was like - oh oh. I have bought a stinker. My first personal copy of Carnage I got, had all the same issues yours did. Crap paint, stuff not lining up, scratches on the windshield. Wasn't great. I bought it from Bababobo and while I was told she would look into it - I still haven't heard anything. I don't really blame Baba though as she doesn't make the figures - but still, was kind of crappy. It just sits there in the box making me sad while I wait indefinitely.

I ended up buying 2 more copies of Carnage again from baba later and this time, not sure if it's because I got a wave 2 or whatever but both had zero problem-o's.

For the next couple releases, I found a direct supplier (hence the rub deal). He has been pretty awesome about sorting out issues - but I do hope that TFM does a good job on these guys.

They are too tempting to pass up, but the $100 MSRP is just too high for what you get out of them...

So Powertrain will be the last one? Or overturn instead?
