If they did they'd be planning for a long time! The only thing we fans all agree on is to disagree haha  

I secretly hope that is the final deco, it's been killing me waiting for the Takara versions of Titans Return Wave 3 & up. Knowing I wouldn't have to do that for Trypticon would make it so much easier (I keep seeing Triggerhappy on the shelves calling to me, & I'm worried I'm going to cave if they're not announced soon!)

It is a surprisingly nice touch indeed.

 

It's linked to the head gun too, plugging a titan master in there makes the canopy and the gun pop up.

I'd dig it if weren't for the shade of the clear teal. Bit too bright for me, I like the more subdued colors of the Hasbro one way more. Still find it a crying shame they didn't go for the toon deco though.

Also, I find this really interesting. I thought it was a prototype but it seemed to be made of Metroplex parts. Anyone who can read Japanese here and translate the text underneath it? Would love to know what's the story behind it.

 

Trypticon's cannons are installed backwards in the magazine pics. Anyone know if the one is Australia had them installed incorrectly as well? My guess is this is just the Hasbro version and any color differences are just due to being cast in plastic/vs hand painted and lighting.

I'm liking that shade of grey.

 

It's been yellow in earlier prototypes. At this point , my personal guess is that it's a glossy sticker you apply over the eyes. I too agree that this IS the final TT version.
