On the one hand, it will be nice when we get closer to the movie's release and the TF aisle at every store widens to accommodate the "ZOMG! NEW MOVIE! BUY MOVIE TOYS!!!!" that happens with every new movie. On the other hand, movie toys will fill 99% of the available space and TR/RID will be crushed down to one peg per size class.... So yea, still means if I want anything non-movie, I'm buying online... Speaking of which, when the hell will TR deluxe wave 4 be up for pre-order online????? I'd love to know if there's some set date that online retailers aren't allowed to set up their pre-order pages before...
Ya , know ., KROK is really growing on me .... TRIGGERHAPPY and PERCEPTOR are a must , but I`m so undecided on topspin .... It`s a big no on their case companion ....Not a fan of that tank design
Same feeling here in Philly Pa since Wave 3 deluxes are just starting to trickle out in neighboring counties (Montgomery, etc.). As a trend after the first US sighting at retail of a new wave (via Walmart, Target & TRU) I tend to give it 2 weeks to a month before my region gets any sightings. So as frustrating as BBTS's distribution wait times have been (takes just as long as local retail some times) I might just go that route with Wave 4 deluxes since I'm definitely pre-ordering Sky Shadow and Brawn online. And expecting retail to release the next Leader class in April or May is giving them too much credit since Leader Soundwave is still shelf warming and there hasn't been any sightings of Sixshot yet.
A toy seller mentioned that when movie season comes around..Hasbro Malaysia will cut the supply of the other toy lines until the hype of TF 5 subsides. crap..
I'm sure it's the same way in the US despite Hasbro's obligatory PR stating the contrary. Another reason that BBTS will be my main TF connect this year along with HTS if they're not dragging their damn feet or if Walgreens drop their prices 20%.
Sorry If I led you astray with my lack of detail , I wasn`t going off the case release ect , but the figures out thus far that I do not own ..... Case # doesn`t mater to me , only thing that does is that I don`t own them yet May be next time I can be more precise with my words for you
I need these in Australia only need Doublecross , Hot Rod , Getaway, Kickback, Bumblebee, Optimus , Megatron and Six Shot to finish wave 3 and the last 3 of those haven't even hit shelves here yet I NEED KUP, QUAKE AND PERCEPTOR. I did see a Sky Shadow in Myer here a couple of weeks ago now and at 70-80 he's gonna be there when I go back. haven't checked Toys r us in ages though there might be some cool stuff in there since by my calculations they must have had 2 restocks since I was there last and I doubt they've sold UW Superion , LG Arcee and MP Sideswipe and Tracks yet so there's that.
I know it will be aaaaaawhile till I see wave 4 lots of wave 3\'s now. Better luck online. The IDW 30th was easy finds. Good ole days.
