Pretty sure in one of the interviews they stated that it's exactly their plan. Year after year getting remakes in the Generations line.

If there was ever a gimmick that caused the line to suffer, it would be Pretenders. But that's neither here nor there as it sounds like we're probably heading into Micromaster/Micron territory for PotP, if the rumor holds true.

 

Dont forget about all the Powermasters, beastcombiners, double targetmasters etc that could still feature in Potp.
I would love good updated Pretender toysthat stay true to the gimmick, but seeing all the hate i'd rather enjoy my G1 Pretenders than having a line full of Susanoo's.

I do miss the excitement of 'walking into a toy store and buy a toy off a shelf.' I remember seeing Generations Rattrap & Rhinox at TRU and getting all nostalgic, I would definitely be up for more of that. I took for granted at the time we might see more beasties mixed into generations. I reckon IDW did too, cos they totally wasted Rhinox. I remember really liking the bar scene in Windblade vol.1 where there were characters from all different timelines. That's what I thought the generations line was going to be about but all this gimmick led stuff in the last few years has relegated generations to just updates of specific lines. And like most people here I wouldn't be super interested in a totally Beast line

Its not its from the animated transformers robotmasters webepisodes and btw theres only 2 episodes
