You're paying for their design time, not the actual stickers. The stickers probably cost what, $3 - $4 worth of material and a few minutes print time?

I'm not seeing the sense in that. If they slashed that price in half they would probably get more than double the sales. No way I'm paying $85 for some labels.

I LOOOOOOOVE me some Repro upgrade sets.....a LOT ....and I was asking for a Fort Max set for a while; (as many were) but I just don't know if I can get with the $85.

I love that they are doing Voltron sets, since I\'ve even painted up mine to replace a lot of the missing details. But that green lion is disappointing because it doesn\'t fix the most glaring mistake of the green lion not having a completely white muzzle. It\'s an easy fix for them and it was neglected.

Huh, that actually does kind of work as a tank.

 

Those labels are horrid. The Fort Max set is so over the top that the toy ends up looking like a giant transforming sticker. Most sets ruin the look of the toy they're supposed to enhance (especially the expensive 3rd party ones)...

 

I love the fort max Set. I looks like a legitment city. However 85 dollars is to much for me to pay.

 

Man, I am very tempted by the Flame conversion set, not even for the combiner aspect, just for the obscure character.

 

Conversion kits and Voltron, but still nothing for GT's J4ZZ...

There's been a recent change to the site, which uses geo-location to automatically redirect users in Japan/with Japanese language settings to the Japanese version of the site. ALL links take such users to the main Japanese site (not the equivalent, specific page to any sticker).

It seems at least two people, including myself, have emailed the owner about this, and they are working on it.

In the meantime, could someone repost the pics here for us to see, please? We cannot access the links at present (and the same goes for other Japan-based fans, probably, at the mo).

However, there seems to have been significant negative feedback concerning the "hologram/reflective" stickers, even by retro fans (as "reflective" to such fans, like me, means "chromed"). Reprolabels stated that all sets will include the choice of holographic and equivalent non-holographic stickers from now on.

Email them and enquire.

 

Jesus, the more I look at the Fort Max set, the more I can see myself breaking down and purchasing it. lol
