    So is it safe to assume all the production for wave 4 has taken place and they are all sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped??

    Being held back by Hasbro. I think there may be some merit in people contacting Hasbro and bugging them about their solicitations. It's not just Transformers. TF, Marvel, Star Wars are all hitting stores before A) online stores are allowed to put up pre-orders and B) distributors are even allowed to solicit to their clients.
