    So does anyone know the street day for this guy? Granted I am not a big fan of the RiD series, but this Soundwave really sells it for me.

    It looks... okay. I really don't like those forearm hinge parts, and the exposed hands are somewhat of a deal breaker. The lack of a proper weapon doesn't help.
    I do like the aesthetic combination, which works surprisingly well.
    Still, I've been disappointed with pretty much every other NuRiD figure outside of Fracture, so I hold no grand hope for this. I'm just going to stick with my FoC and ML figures as my deluxe Soundwaves.

    Lovely looking Soundwave, a definite buy for me. Can hardly fault any of the Warrior Class figures in this line.

    Very few of the RID TF's have caught my interest. And I mean very few. This one looke like a real winner for me. I like it!

    INTERESTING; that sure is a sculpted but unpainted visor/faceplate combination ala G1, like in the boxart.

    I was just thinking this myself. Would it really cost that much more to have a hinge at the wrist?

    I hope this never happens; I hate having great big bulky military things like this in TF. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part I don't buy them. Do it in the movies, they're full of stuff like this so it wouldn't look out of place, but in a cartoon line they look awful.

    I'm still of two minds about this Soundwave. I will get him as he's my favourite character outside of real Bumblebee (Bug), but I'm not too sure if I like him that much. Prime Soundwave was epic!

    I guess I missed the part where G1 Seekers, Coneheads, Combaticons, Blitzwing, and Warpath (and maybe some I'm forgetting) were all.... big bulky military things.
