Here we go, personally, at first I don't really care about these filler pieces, but after I saw the new head, it really gives a different character to the figure, so I decided to to get all the options parts(green thigh, purple barrel).

    Nice pics.
    How do they attach?
    Is it secure. Or loose?

It does add a bit of difference. But I'm like you, it didn't bother me, still doesn't. But with the new head it may add a new flare to the entire figure.

Dump truck bed cover is secure.

The lats are a little bit on the loose side, since it is an after thought, there is not real attachment point for it, but fitment is acceptable.

I'm not rightfully sure how the rubber will react but silicone oil in general has good compatibility so it ideally "should" be ok. The internet seems to be under the impression that silicone based lubes are the way to go for rubber. Just again, nothing in a spray form.

Just a dab will do ya. Just apply it to the seam where the parts meet and let capillary action take care of it. Give it a few moments. work it back and forth.

Ok this has been bothering me for a while so I thought maybe someone would know. Is it not possible to swap the flat plate on the purple mixing barrel with the stock green one so it's all green except the barrel instead of half purple half green??

Seems simple enough. I sent mine off to TFS so they'll probably just issue me a replacement figure. Once I get that back I'll probably apply some anyway to make sure it doesn't happen again. The rest of the figures have been relatively fine. I haven't gotten Scavenger quite yet and the only other issues I've had is that some of Shovel's fingers are a touch loose, and Bulldozer's shoulder joints are a little tight, but nowhere near as bad as Allocater was. Thanks for the help.

Also, anyone have any luck with the post-sale management system thing for replacement parts lately? It's been a while and I haven't heard anything yet

Whatever parts you need to get replaced will be released in the V4, in conjunction with all the other parts you don't need. Only 300$$.

I'm pretty sure you would have to get the drum halves apart to get to mounting point inside.

I got my Toyworld parts today. The Lat fillers and the Burden feet extenders.
The green is definitely different. You could tell under normal lighting.

I don't know how I feel about the lats. I wasn't bothered before. It looked like the original toy to me. I think the lats will look best with the new G1 head.

They do stay on pretty decent. With friction. Just squeeze them on.

My order for replacement parts placed in August went from "submitted" to "in preparation" recently. Who knows when they will ship. Fortunately TCP came through with the replacement parts I needed and shipped them out with my last order.

Well, I still haven't gotten the Burden upgrade kit from TW, which was shipped EMS from China on the 2nd. There is no way to track it outside of China, which the package left on the 4th. I'd love for this to finally show up.

It will. EMS has been all over the place lately. I've been handling a lot of EMS questions in the last couple weeks. :lol

Just received my G2 burden set from USPS. Interesting that it is only held in place by friction. There are two pegs, one on each side, on the back that they could have used. It holds fine but not as secure as using pegs.

Edit: Mine was not tracking outside of China and then it just showed up.

Same here. Showed up today, even though tracking never tracked. Haven't installed yet, but it arrived safe and sound. I would buy the other two upgrade kits from TW direct if it was significantly cheaper like this than through NA retailers.

Thanks for creating this opportunity, @Qingtianzhu

    Other thoughts:

No instructions included. I can figure out where to attach the torso add-ons in combined mode but not sure if or where the parts that would be on Longhaul's feet go in combined mode.

On mine, the torso widener on the figure's right side fits more snugly than the one on the left side, which has a bit of gap between the torso and the upper inside of the part.

Thanks, but I can't take credit for it. TW wanted to do it and I just passed the news along. There's a pic somewhere in this thread about where the foot plates go in combined mode. It's on the top of the dump truck, um, dumping part.

There is a pic of where they go in combined mode (post #10238) a few pages back. Just put them in at a slant and they will slide in place! :thumb
