I think for those two in-particular (Predaking and Abominus) it's OK as they're beasts, so don't actually need to adhere to any size charts or anything.

Why Predaking have to be the biggest?

Predaking is cool and everything, but lot of people think he is the best of the best and he has to do everything better than everyone else... maybe because his bio exaggerates too much? Abominus is as big as Predaking... Now if we talk about toys, Ordin is bigger than Feral rex but that is because Ordin is a newer toy. If you want Predaking to tower over every combiner that is fine too :)

Toy-wise, G1 Predaking was a significant bit bigger than the rest of the combiners. That and his supposed badassery.

Sky Lynx would have something to say about that.

Nero Rex can be the same height as Ordin, and Poseidon will be right next to them, i'm glad that TFC has stuck to their scale and not jumped into the bigger arena otherwise i'd have to miss out on a great combiner

i'd say their are 3 very unique G1 combiners toy-wise, Predaking being the first all Voyager sized combiner, Devastator being the first combiner but also the only 6man combiner team until Pirranacon being the first target master/tripple chager combiner for me they are the big 3 that all other combiners are based off of

No plans at this time (see the Guardia thread). I think their main focus now is the ReMaster line.

Yeah i gotta agree with you. Their combiner line is sort of half dead and half alive seeing as though they are bringing out slowly the sg quantron figures every 2-3yrs so far. But yeah their focus is possibly now on chug and MP

I mean, there's still hope for individually released cross dimension combiner members that will still form the gestalt. Cross your collective fingers!

Damn.... I finally got around to opening my Quantron and the first time I tried to transform Sonicdrill, I snapped the peg at his knee that goes into his lower leg. Are there any replacement parts available for that joint? Anybody sellling a junker of Sonicdrill by any chance?

Do you have any photos of the snapped peg, broken bits? If its a clean break, maybe you can do your own reinforcing surgery. I'm sure some of the members on here may have a good suggestion on how to make your repair based on the photos?

How long ago or where did you pick up your Quantron from? Maybe the shop that you got it from has a good relationship with MT so they could obtain a replacement part? Have you tried contacting MT?

    Good luck, keep us posted!

(Now i'm gonna go check my Quantron to see if there's any stress marks occurring that I wasn't aware of yet).

Yes as Pho'ptimus says pics would be helpful...it sounds like you had the exact same break I had and I was able to fix mine.

Thanks for the replies - here are some photos to clarify
The break occured where the green arrow is pointing. There are two pins on his double knees. The blue one moves well, the red one on his one knee is stuck. When I folded out his lower leg, the blue one ratcheted open, but the red one did not, stressing the plastic at the green arrow.

You can see the clean break below
    [IMG]

I think the break occurred because the ratchet tab on the lower part of the double knee is way too tight, preventing the gears from moving past the ratchet tab, locking up the joint, and forcing the pressure elsewhere (snapped tab just below)

Any ideas about how to fix these, get replacement parts, etc is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all!
