    That Optimus Prime sub cover variant is hilarious: OP and Arcee have that \"oh shit\" look; Victorion is like \"look, fishies!\"

    And the Revolutionaries cover with that strip down the side is just beautiful artwork of Predaking.

    I'm admittedly a little confused; is Revolutionaries an alternate universe title?

    Else, that means a retcon, and I don't think I could acccept that.

    No, Revolutionaries takes place in the main IDW universe. However, this doesn't mean that the events of Hearts of Steel literally took place in it; either something similar occurred with different characters, or there's universe-crossing happening.

    Every now and then writers need a month off.

    I agree too, Scott improved a lot as a writer as of late. I find it more entertaining of a read when compared to Barber's writing.

    Ok Hasbro. You saw how good the Combiner Wars line was, now just give us a version of Predaking please??? And not in a box set but rather a new combiner wars type of line. And if we do get a version of Predaking, we might hopefully get Abominus and/or Piranacon...

    You know, I'm getting the feeling that the Predaking we're gonna see is the Hearts of Steel version of the character.

    which would be cool, and explain the giant animals altmodes.
