I have bought MANY sticker sheets from these guys for the past couple years or so. There's about a 50/50 chance of getting a sticker sheet where they aren't cut deep enough, aren't cut all the way around, or are double cut in a way that creates extra trim lines that can get stuck to the bottom of the sticker. Usually it's just with some of the stickers on the sheet. In fact, most sheets have at least some of these issues. Bending the sheet this way or the other doesn't change any of this. So yes, it is definitely a problem. Another issue I have seen many times recently is poorly centered (relative to the cut) faction insignias, which can be very unsightly and requires a lot of cutting to fix.

I have had a few sets with shallow cuts. They are always prompt in sending a replacement set. Great customer service.

I've had this issue on occasion.

Given the price and the time it takes to get here in the first place (2-3 weeks) I just moved on.

They need to make the symbols for their MP line with white backgrounds instead of shiny silver. Official ones are white, I don't want no bling on it.

I've had great service with them over the past several years.

One set had printing lines, and they sent replacements immediately without question.

One set just wasn't what I thought it would be and they refunded and let me keep it.

They have always taken care of me if I had an issue with their product or service.

Before I finish this post, I just want to make it clear that I see that it's been resolved, but I still have some things I want to say.

You're not alone. Someone just made a complaint about how they were cut on their Facebook group. A discussion about the cutting blades came up and that it's expensive to replace paper cutting blades because they wear out so quickly.

As for the communication issue, that's usually an issue that can be fixed by contacting the email listed on your Paypal receipt or by going to their Facebook page.

I can absolutely understand your frustration, however.

Also, their choice to go with holographic labels for Titans Return instead of offering plain ones or a choice between the two and their subsequent responses toward the negative reactions has been kind of irksome to people as well.

I'd say quality has changed somewhat, but I don't know if I'd exactly say down hill. Not yet, at least.

When I first read your response, I couldn't even process it. It's so condescending and rude it just stuns me. And in defense of Blew, even when bending the sheet, the recent RL sets DO tend to rip. Not always, not every one, but they do rip if they're not cut just right and it's clear they're not getting cut right at the production level.

Instead of being a fanboy, perhaps try and see it from another person's point of view.

"That's what people do when they apply stickers." How friggin' rude.

Exactly. It's annoying, especially on the more expensive sets. It happened on the CW Bruticus kit. Blast Off's part of the set, to be exact.

Still condescending. Is the air cleaner up there on your high horse? I only ask because we still smell bull.

(There is no reason for you to be so rude.)

This is true. They're very nice people, just takes them a while to get back to you. That said, they do tend to be inflexible on some issues, lately.

Such as the TR sets I mentioned. People gave feedback and asked questions and they basically came back with "This is how it's going to be for now. Thanks."

    Not exactly endearing.

Had to have been a communication error along the way. Perhaps their email was botched, or you used something like Microsoft Outlook (I've had my fair share of issues with it).

I absolutely believe you had trouble getting in contact with them, I just don't see it being them doing it maliciously.

Like I said, they're good people. They'll usually find a way to work things out if it's possible. Glad to hear it ended up better than it started. :)

The only one with "rustled jimmies" here is you. I thought his post was reasonable considering what he went through. If Aaron apologized, then clearly there was an issue and he took responsibility for it.

I don't see how that makes Blew a guy with a "crumby" attitude. (It's actually "crummy", btw.)

Just because they have done plenty of business that went right, it doesn't mean they're perfect. They're absolutely prone to making mistakes because they're human. We all are.

They fixed it, he's happy, there's no reason to demean him because he said something YOU don't like.

Shame on you for getting those jimmies of yours rustled. I'd think you'd avoid that by not getting offended by something that shouldn't bother you like it clearly did.

Oh and telling him to cut the stickers out is just bad form. That's part of the service he paid for. PRECUT, accurate and CORRECT stickers. If they're not cut right, if they're a botched batch AND they cost good money...why should it be up to the customer to fix an issue? Why should he have to cut them? Why should he be put down by you because he doesn't want to cut an item that was supposed to be precut for him?

I don't see how he's a bad person for wanting the service he paid for.

    Again, shame on you.

No. No belaying that last comment. You voiced it and put it out there and did so with the intent of putting another person down over some toy stickers.

    No belaying of any kind.

I'm thinking of buying the decals for Titans Return Fortress Maximus from toyhax.com. They look so cool. Has anyone purchased them yet? I want to know if toyhax is a good idea or not.

I'm not going to have to cut the stickers out the sheet do I? That would be too much work.

Just got my stickers for Blurr plus the TR Cyberglow-reduction set. I must say I wasn't pleased when I initially saw their TR sets included all that honeycomb cyberglow effect. However, the cyberglow reduction set solves this issue
at a cheap price. Quality-wise I have never really had any issue with Reprolables and this time is no exception:

The maps on each listing's page is the only instruction manual. It just tells you where to put them.

If they're a vinyl wrap and/or need heat/flame to make it seal, they'll explicitly state it on the listing page.

Hey anyone purchased from them in the last month or so? I just purchased a battle core optimus prime and wanted to get the thunderclash sticker set.

Also does anyone know if they are having a sale soon? $20 for some stickers is a bit steep....

haven't you posted the exact same thing in another thread?

They don't have "sales". they offer you logos if you spend at least 20$ and at times, a dedicated set for a figure at 0.01$.

The quality is usually top notch but there have been somes duds.

I'm actually curious whether there is some misfortune with the owners or business preventing them from responding. Or hey, maybe I'm blacklisted, hurrah.

I ask because I placed an order 2 weeks ago, and also sent an email regarding a separate matter, and have heard back about neither. My order still shows as "Preparation in Progress". Orders have generally taken 2-4 weeks to arrive, but I've never run into this. Granted, Thanksgiving was a couple days ago, but this is frustrating.

I mean, I'm not accusing you of anything, but were you an asshole in your emails or something? I ordered 5 sets on Nov 22, and got them on the 28th so I don't know that the holiday is the reason.

That's a fair question. I have worked many jobs myself in customer service and I am 100% behind the overthrow of "the customer is always right" mantra. I have always made a point to be polite and professional with any business correspondence. I am inquisitive rather than making accusations until I actually have concrete evidence of wrong doing. I always keep in mind there are people on the other end, not just robots who give me products in exchange for money. The exchange of money is not an excuse to make demands of people-- they can just as easily refund your money and refuse service, and rightly so.

They got back with me yesterday and said they were "waiting on parts". I got the shipping notice today, so that's a positive. Still, it's a frustrating delay and was more frustrating silence. My orders regularly take 2 weeks or more to arrive. Their customer service in the past year has been a mix of highly generous fixes of problems, to cold "deal with it" responses. I don't quite understand why.

A bit off topic but some of the labels on my CW Leader Megatron are beginning to peel off. Any recommendations on how to get them to adhere again?
