I have no idea why they tease as much shit as they do as slow as they put it out. Who knows if MP will still even be the collecting rage by the time they get to the back half of their reveals and teases? Whatever the case, I am doubtful that I'll still be going strong by the time they actually got around to Devastator, if they actually get around to it.

Nope, nothing from them but a few of their MP wannabes. Very disappointing.

I'm of the same mind as many of you on here. I truly love my Constructor and I am over the moon pleased with it (and extremely excited to hopefully get the lat fillers finally), but I'm very much looking forward to the Fans Toys take on Devastator, but it is going to take quite a while to come out and in the meantime I will very much enjoy the totally kick ass Masterpiece Devastator that I currently have in my collection.

To me, this is the best of both worlds. I'll be able to display one project combined and the other one individually. Saves me the trouble of actually buying a second Constructor, which I seriously considered doing.

I'm exactly the same. By this time next year we should literally be just Skids away from completing the 84/85/Movie lineup non combiner wise and I would imagine by then we'll be swimming in choices for him. I can see a chunk of ppl walking away at that point as not many have the space for 7 to 8 titan combiners. It's cool they are doing it and I imagine it'll ooze cartoon aesthetics but it's easily gonna be 3 to 4 years away at the very least. That's a loooong time.

Yeah, and that's probably 3 to 4 years just for them to start it! Then probably another two to finish.

Me 3. I ain't getting any younger, and neither are my kids. My daughter will be applying for colleges by the time FT Devastator will be coming out/finished. The rising cost of tuition will put the kibosh on my surplus income (that isn't already going toward a college savings plans).

I think we underestimate that FT can just clown us if they want to for gauging interest. I show you a darkened silhouette and everyone goes apeshit. They may never really do a Devy or four years from now the market will be cleared and maybe a Devy is a good idea. At this point it is a hope, a plan, an idea - not a definite. Designs I trust, silhouettes are myths just like their Scourge and Cyclonus. If someone puts out a killer figure and they have not designed one already what makes you think they are going there? FT has their plans set to 2020, see below. We have had whispers for OS of 2019, I hope 2018 but I am a fool.

    FT-08 - Grinder
    FT-10 - Phoenix
    FT-16 - Sovereign
    FT-17 - Hoodlum
    FT-18 - Lupus
    FT-19 - Apache
    FT-20 - Terminus Giganticus
    FT-21 - Beserk
    FT-22 - Koot
    FT-23 - "Mindwipe"
    FT-24 - "Skullcruncher"
    FT-25 - Outrider
    FT-26 - "Hoist"
    FT-27 - Spindrift

Since I've been getting some good press in other threads thanks to @TigerBlade , here is a quick peek at the next head.

Hook, both animation-styled and slightly modernized (block chin and teeth)

Bonecrusher does fit and a WIP shot of Hook (adjustments)

I've been a little tied up with freelance, but I'm going to try to get another head out this week. Although, I'm torn on doing Scrapper or Long Haul, since they're fine. But I suppose they would look out of place with the other heads changed.

These look fabulous. I am down for a complete set of G1 toon heads for the Constructicons and Devastator. Looking forward to seeing the next head that you make. I really hope that you will be selling these.

I have a feeling that the FT will get all the heads right.

How ironic is that? They have gotten better of late in that department, though.

It's nice to know that there will be toon accurate faces for those who want to stick with TW's effort, though.

The only thing that could make this look better is Takara V2 Megatron. Nice use of shadow in that photo to hide the leg kibble. Hee hee hee.

    Nice work!
I'm not so sure that Scrapper and Long Haul need new heads, but the others do, and as you say, if someone were to replace the stock heads with your versions, then doing all 6 would give a better cohesive look.

Have you documented your leg extensions for Feral Rex and Uranos anywhere? Both look great.

The main problem I have with combiners in general is the short/thin thighs which is why I like the separate leg piece solution of Constructor.
