The car confirmed to be a LeSee Pro which unveiled today. It will be part of TF5 but they didn't say anything about it being a character.
So, yeah...I still wanna see it then. It would actually be a pretty cool bonus feature for the DVD/BD, come to think of it.
It should have ended with Primes foot stepping into shot and squashing the car flat with Primes voice booming "oops, my bad" and Micheal looking all worried at the camera and saying "Mr Yueting, Im really really sorry...."
To be clear, I think what the article was ATTEMPTING to say was that the either the ONE functional model of the car that COULD have made it to the expo in time was tied-up filming in the UK late enough that it couldn't make it to Vegas after being shipped to L.A. because of the accident en route or else that the selection of available models available was limited to one which was in the U.K. and another in L.A. leading up to the Vegas expo, which likewise never made it. In either case, it's not Bay's fault but OMFG I would've LOVED IT if Optimus just smashed the damned thing and said "Oops, my bad" in Bay's showcase exhibition video, lol. XD
