The chrome makes me grow new appreciation for the original armor. God that's gaudy.

And the Nemesis corebot doesn't look too good in the Seraph armor either, so hopefully they offer a non-chrome armor deco for Nemesis.

The darker face works so much better for the toy. If it wasn't that price prohibitive I would get the con exclusive and swap the face plate with my Seraphicus. :D

I apologize for the crappy cell phone picture, but this figure is way overdue for some love!

I wish someone would do a whole new head for this guy.

Someone mentioned before that it was like "wearing dad's armor" - I think it's the head that specifically makes that clear. The other armor addon bits are quite nice.

It's the odd looking helmet over the head that makes it look funny :/

In full agreement here. His face looks tiny in person while in armor, and on my copy his head flops to the side from the weight of the helmet. Loose ball joint. For me, leaving it off is almost better because then it just looks more intentionally like he's wearing a power suit/ exoskeleton bigger than his normal body

That is the sole reason I bailed on buying the armor and just got the core instead; kind of a shame

I've always wondered what he looks like with all the armor except the boots.

Any time I've considered this guy, I look at those giant armored-up calves and feet and think, "nope!"

Has anyone taken a Seraphicus Prominion apart? Mine keeps falling back because of weak ankles and I'm trying to disassemble the legs to get the feet out but it's quite a strange design.

Can't say I have, but I'm curious what's strange about it?

I just picked this guy up at TFSource for a buck sixty or so. Would everyone say he's worth it at 65$ off? $225 was too much for me, but at $160 I'll bite. Just want to make sure I'm not gonna regret it.

TCP also had him for $180.

Also bought one at this price, seems like a great price for this.

Toy Dojo marked this guy down to $120 and I couldn't resist any longer. I hate paying for shipping but unfortunately I couldn't find anything else I wanted currently in stock.

TFSource has it for $150 which will get you free shipping... So hopefully your shipping was less than $30 ;)

Even at 120 I still can't pull the trigger. The transformation serious looks unfun, and I think he's too small.

Well worth the 120 for the full set. It's like a larger and better articulated HyperNovae. Even 150 is a very good price. I snagged a second armor set at TCP to go with my second core (bought one full set and a second core when it first came out), since they actually have the individual pieces for sale too not just the set.

Then again, I don't buy figures to transform them, I buy to pose and display them, so ymmv.

Me too, exactly this. I actually had him preordered back in the day but canceled because he didn't seem worth $200 and I really don't think he even fits in my collection. I even managed to pass at TFS, but Toy Dojo was just too cheap to pass on.

I just double-checked, and it's $159.99 at TFS. My total with shipping at Toy Dojo was $134.18, so still over $25 less than TFS.
