Did Vangelus get anything off topic in this episode? It seems that after Seth mentioned his off topic they went on a complete tangent (as always) and never came back.
Could the twin FP "Diaclone" clones be meant to go with DX Severo, since he came with the twin "weaponmaster" guys or to go with the twin sister dino's?
Maybe the way mold degradation on Combiner Wars figures is the mold walls are getting worn so pieces are coming out thicker, which makes them fit tighter?
Thundercats was killed because Cartoon Network found out girls and other groups less susceptible to toylust liked the show. And rather than remarket the cartoon epic they had on their hands, they pulled the plug.
Y-yeah, uh, the original FMA anime gets... weird. Let's just say it eventually involves Spoiler Hitler But Brotherhood is INCREDIBLE. I'd recommend going back to it.
I like how your answers circled around early 2000s microman. I was really into those and the 1999 reissues. I really like how the SDCC set looks. The artwork really gives me hope that Hasbro might do some weird stuff with micronauts if they actually bring them back.
Vangelus talks about the new Voltron show as if it's been around for a long time. I mean, it's only been a month and it's 13 epsiodes long. Thundercats had 26 episodes and He-Man had 39, but just like Seth said, those didn't catch on in the long run. It's way too early to say, and I personally doubt it could make any significant impact.
You guys, this is the best show I've heard thus far, I haven't listened to many, since you guys stray so far from Transformers. This was a nice mix. Thanks.
I just got the A/V team's footage from the TFcon podcast panel last night, unfortunately won't be able to hack it together until the weekend is done. Got busy but will catch up on everything soon!
Great episode - granted every episode is pretty great - BUT the insert for the announcement of the supplemental was SO GOOD! LMAO
