Here's my filler kit instructions for this mold. I also answer a bunch of FAQs that people have been asking.

Long story short, it's probably not worth the hassle to fill in these holes. They are all small pieces that need some clean up after you get them off the sprues and they all have certain orientation which is hard to see. If you put them in incorrectly, you have to remove pins to push them out from the other side.

Noticed there were spare preorders up at TFS, snagged one, what the hell.

Looked at a couple of reviews, and, misgivings aside, looks like a nice bot to have - just hope I don't get stuck with a problem one.

No intention of getting their Ratchet and regular Ironhide, so I thought I'd get this Diaclone version - and it can be a completely different character in my MP display.

    That looks pretty friggen cool.
Nice touch with adding the Decepticon symbol there.

Thank you! To me, Stealth Animus fits in quite nicely as a Decepticon. However, I don't think Apollyon would agree :D

I just got this guy in and opened him up. I put in the plugs real quick. This is the second time I have experienced the mold so it went faster. Looks great afterwards.

I really loved the look of their Ratchet in hand and finally started putting together a set of Diaclone guys so I went back and made sure to get one of these.

I watched a Skullface review to help with the transformation and found it was much easier to do it than he was making it out to be. I did have my Ratchet to look at while I was transforming him. That helped a little even though I have only transformed that Ratchet the once.

It is light, but I don't think that is because of bad plastic, it is just the design of the figure that has a pretty awesome and clever transformation to give a solid looking bot and not a lot of thick plastic parts. The one drawback is the lack of positions that the legs can be spread at. The general stance is a bit of an exaggerated A, but I hear that is being remedied on their Ironhide release.

I am full speed ahead waiting for that soon to be released Ironhide.

I would love for this company to tackle Trailbreaker and Hoist next. It seems right up their alley with what they were able to do with these van bots. :)

This would have been good. Mine holds position fine, but I expected there to be someplace to peg it in. The legs peg together well, the upper torso could have used some of that as well. Like I said, everything holds position fine, its just not pegged in.

Did you check out the mod over in the Voodoo Ratchet thread here? 2 12m M2 bolts and some nuts and about 5 minutes of your time gets rid of that A stance ratchet action and turns him into a friction joint. VERY worth your time and takes it from good to amazing.

The new one will be fixed but might be worth looking at for your diaclone version. :)

    Ebay:

Easy fix and totally changes this mold's poseability. Did it on my Salus/Ratchet.

Gotta' say that when my Voodoo Salus is standing next to my MP27 Ironhide I PREFER the Voodoo mold in bot mode. I'll be selling my official soon and filling his spot with Voodoo's Animus...

This may be a silly question I've not checked into it yet - but is it possible to simply disable the ratchet in some way like cover it flip it or removed the spring / tooth ? it might be simpler than finding the right sized bolt would be. or even replace the ratchet with something else like a few stacked discs of plastic.
