just started playing myself, just as something to do in the spare time hit level 10 today, got me a new ship all in all, its pretty neat! how do i find you people?
I still play although in a very casual manner. Started a Rommy but haven't finished leveling him. You can add me too @Zatharus
Hey, just wanted to move this up again with my old account @aksmth and to see if I could get any of you to link up with the fleet Noizemaze and I are active with. Hit me up with a friend request in game and we'll get you in!
And started the transwarp conduit thing today. Between that and our Dilithium mine I think we'll be doing the grind for a while...
Come one, come all! Ask Aaron or I for a Fleet invite! We have a Starbase, a Mine, and lots of free Tribbles. Seriously, we can't give these things away fast enough. Take some... ...please
They came full circle, as originally the game was planned for console too. I stopped playing a while ago due to bugs
I just downloaded this game for the PS4 and just destroyed the Klingons and next I have to check out the Kitimer. It's pretty cool so far.
Picked it up on ps4 myself. Doesn't look like characters transfer but that's alright. I'm probably past where I left off on PC anyway Only thing I don't care for is the camera control. The zoom, to be more accurate. Wish you could control it better than the three presets they have. And it randomly resets on me too. I'll have it over the shoulder on ground and it'll randomly zoom wayyyy out on me.
Hey guys I just got a promotion and purchased my free ship, but it's not showing up in the menus, can you guys help me
It goes in your inventory. If you have a full inventory you will have to clear some things out as it is in the inventory overflow. One you see it click on it to activate it and name it. After that go to the person on the right hand side consoles from where you purchased the ship and a ship selection will come up with a button promt to ready ship. After doing that if you want to customize it you can or you can just select return to ship when you are ready and the new ship will be the one you beam back to.
Downloaded it on PS4 and I'm glad I stuck with the game through the first few missions. I was about to hang it up, but I'm really enjoying it now. I was one of the few who was a fan of the console version of Star Trek Legacy despite its negatives, and this firmly hits those positives that that game did manage to reach without the negatives. The space combat feels a bit similar, although more refined(and without requiring you to be four places at once!) Plus it adds an actual bridge crew you can manage and do away missions with. However, my biggest problem with the game at the moment is that it throws ALOT of options at you and does a very terrible job of explaining any of it. Even the on-screen prompts disappear way too quickly. I'm figuring it out, but it doesn't feel like its because the game is guiding me. Maybe it is, because as I keep on keeping on through the "story" missions, things are slowly clicking together, but it certainly doesn't feel like its because the game is intending it. One tip, be sure to hold in attack buttons to bring up a wheel that lets you select other options. This includes combat on ground missions so you are able to use all those inventory items(heal hypnos and meal buffs) you've assigned to slots on your character. It took a bit, but I'm actually liking the ground combat now(not near as good as space combat though). That said, I still don't understand the upgrade item system. And I feel like I'm stuck with Flores. I've wanted to replace her from the onset, but she has purple lettering, which I guess coincides with the better tactical options I have with her over my other tactical officer. So I guess officers come in white, green, and purple classes?
