So, regarding Stranglehold aka Tom Selleck, his inner robot turned into a rhino. The idea of a beefy mustachioed human turning into a human flesh rhino with a moustache sounds friggin cool as well as totally disgusting. I kinda want to draw it

my favorite part of the kreo commercial thing was "decepticons attaOOOOOOOOOOTHEYHAVEDINOBOTS!!!!" and optimus slapping bumblebee for trying to touch the matrix...that was funny too

as far as pretenders go i think that the decepticons were defined by the shells but the autobots were more about the inner robots. i always liked the inner bots but the outer cons. like the generations thunderwing, skullgrin, black shadow, and rotf bludgeon look great when the outer shell is part of the mold. but to me autobots created more like their inner bots is what i want. for a good LONG time now ive wanted a metalhawk based just on the inner robot. a really nice jet mode and a great robot but not so skinny with the legs. more like milne's club elite guard version of him. and i think a wave rider or landmine inner bot would make a better more articulated deluxes. id honestly like some really good 3p group, mmc if i had the option, to do autobot pretenders based on just the inner robot with a small scf style mini figure of the human in power armor shells. and on the other question i really like the prime knockout figure as well but i can't get over how hollow that back is. if i didn't love the character as much as i do that hollow back would ruin the figure for me and id never have bought it. but a character that NEEDS to be revisted is rodimus. we need an updated (cough mtmte cough) version of him.
I liked how Vangelus went on about the parts count and quality of his Mega Bloks set without actually identifying it
