Same base figure, but rerelease comes with only the fusion cannion, sword, and an alternate head.

 

V2 lacks the accessories of sword, silencer, and stock.

Also V2 is supposed to feature the toy in a dark color scheme of gray and black. Hegemon TW-01B will come with an alternate head, different from the original release (from Toy Dojo's description).

That's the only upgrade released, as far as I know.

Hate to disturb an old thread, but is there anywhere I can find the upgrade-kit for relatively cheap? I looked into it myself, and most places were either sold out or wanted nearly a grand......

Can anyone tell me if the orange barrel plug that BBTS is using is permanently attached (i.e. glued)?

 

Just wedged in tightly. Hold the barrel in one hand, firmly, and use a pair of pliers with the other hand to carefully twist and the cap will come right out.

I hope I'm not necroing this, but I really need help. I just bought the TW-01C marvel comics variant of hegemon. I cannot, for the life of me, get his left arm to peg in. It just stays at an angle.

 

It does. It requires a fair bit of force but I finally got mine in.

 

Yeah, it can but please be careful. It took me quite awhile to do so too. I must stress that mine is the regular version.

 

sorry to necro the thread, but I've been watching G1 and I never noticed an episode where Megatron used the purple sword that Hegemon comes with. was the sword a toyworld creation or did Megatron actually use it in an episode that I didn't notice

 

Maybe in Transformers Prime? But not in G1 toon. Closet was the sabre-type thing in the Animated Movie.
