Whatever issues Universe might have, the MOBA market is not as exclusive and consuming as you guys think it is. Alot of people on youtube and twitch play MOBA(s), and other games too so its not that all consuming for a lot of players.

And yeah, DOTA2 and LoL are the biggest, but
    > Smite is also pretty darn big because of its different camera, real world mythology characters, and skillshots.
    >Heroes of the Storm is getting pretty big too with its team focused play and its characters from WoW.

So what you really need is grockable characters and some gameplay aspect that sets you apart. Universe would have better better served used existing characters obviously, but being transformers in general still is a bit of a draw. We will have to see what the gameplay is like.

I listened to the intermission bit...

Some television station from Asia owes me an apology... or at least a refund for the 45 or so seconds of my life I'd like to get back.

Seth... If you're rarely ever going to buy Transformers, at least keep up to date on all the news of all the new stuff coming out... Or just jump on at the end for more off topic Skylanders/watch talk... :)  I joke I joke... I kid... Buy more Transformers

    The end.

From my understanding, the P thing in the Dunkin donuts advert is not a point system, it's Philippine currency. You add p55 to your order to get the cup thing. It's only in the phillipenes.

I'm past buying things just so I have something to talk about on the show.

I glossed over Skylanders pretty quick and it was running late so there was no time for porn.

Hey guys, not to be the "actually guy", but lootcrate in the US is around $20, not $40 ($16 with the coupon code). It promises to deliver $40+ (retail) worth of stuff. Plus they do offer a 1 month thing. You're right that it may not be a 100% win, but we'll see.

I'm doing loot crate and nerd block this month.

Nerd block is more expensive. But they always have a special T-shirt in the box.
I have not been completely satisfied with some of their items, (Papercraft star wars boxels?) that just seem like things they bought bulk from a warehouse somewhere. But at least its been mostly toys.

Recently Loot Crate has been getting better exclusive items, I think their dragon themed box in april was really impressive if your into vinyl figures.

I feel like DC Collectibles finally went on some forums and saw how sick people were of Mattel and their antics with DC stuff. DCC has a really nice market for 6" scale high articulation figures and I'm glad they're realizing it. My dream is to never buy another DC Mattel toy ever again.

For the record, the D&D cards that I was talking about were just 3x5 index cards that everyone would write their initiative numbers on. I'd also use them to track statuses like slowed, poisoned, etc... I also had a couple of players that would constantly hold actions, so tracking turn order would get difficult at times. The cards were an attempt to track that, but the "tents" I use now work much better.
