That looks crazy fun! Do you have Missile Type (the gray one)? At this point Missile may be my only choice, but I'm hesitant to get Missile if the color looks too similar to Chaos.

 

I wish Hasbro's Constructabots were this cool.

I tried several combinations with them myself, didn't really like any of them and think Chaos and Marine look much better on their own.

 

That soooo makes me want to get another Chaos...maybe 2....I wonder how many you can mash together before it get's ridiculous instead of awesome.

 

I have 6 missile types and one Chaos (for now). I've never tried to combine more than 2 sets...hmm.

 

I just got the marine type set today from bbts, and it was double taped. I heard there were some qc issues, so was it cause of that? Like how fort maxes were double checked and stuff.

 

Yessir the double tape is a sure fire indicator that they opened that up and checked the set for missing connectors and tightness of the ports....

 

You gotta try and make 3, 4, 5, and maybe even 6 simultaneous sets look cool so we can all decide  

 

Keep in mind that anymore than one set can weigh down the joints and even tabs of the PCCs, as they simply weren't designed to hold up much weight at all.

As a preventative measure, you should consider using clear laquer or Future Floor Shine to thicken up or tighten joints where these figures support the weight.

Bombshock's structurally THE BEST PCC to actually withstand the weight of all these addons... and even then... one of the support tabs on his waist snapped off the other day when I mixed the Iron Army and Mobine sets onto him... as well as a few weapons... proved too much for it.

I would say use super glue... but um... it reacted quite strangely on Bombshock. It actually melted the tab rather than glue back onto him... >_< The joints received some glue (spillover from the attempt at gluing the tabs), and now they're super tight... so I guess it still worked out...

 

got one of these coming in...any word on anybody making some better looking hands for these guys...other than the bowling balls that they have now would be nice

 

I agree... A set of articulated hands would take this set from great to absolutely amazing... Especially on chaos and heavytread

 

Well, I picked up a second marine type at bbts in case my jungle never shows. I least heavy tread can be armed up, even if in Non matching colors. Seriously considering getting a second chaos Pali too so I can have an extra armor set there and the core figure is cool too.

 

Got my Jungle set yesterday, and I can't wait till I have a spare half hour to mess with it.
