Can anyone confirm the guns used by KSI on the trailer are the same?

Working on it, but its hard given in the trailer we only see m4 and 416s, and the pistols are holstered, but I'm checking to see if I can find the "copper" colored parts through the holster, however I would venture a guess, seeing that the pistols are "High Level" and having compensator cuts standard out of the factory that these are indeed used by KSI- given their status as Spec ops. Hell maybe Crosshair's pistols are modified versions of these.

EDIT: Just spoke with a very nice lady at Salient Arms- The are a "full Spectrum" pistol maker /modifier. Yes they did all the Pistols for TF4. ( At least in the US)

The above Pistols are Salient Arms Elite Tier 1 Pistol- This is built in House- complete custom starting at $2500-this is "their" gun

Tier 2 and Tier 3- Salient takes existing Glocks, S&W M&P and other high level pistols and modify them with muzzle brakes, accurized barrel, fluted barrel, etc.. Start @$1800 plus your weapon. ( tempted to send them my glock for a "3rd" party upgrade.)

Their website will be live within the next 30 days - still building it.

No, sorry. He's correct. The "gun murder rate" in the United States is a controversial, politically charged topic to be sure but when you look at the actual statistics, he's entirely correct. That 8x higher stat you just said is completely wrong, and there's a very specific reason for it: For some reason, within the United States, studies on gun violence have not drawn any separation between murders and suicides. Suicides have been lumped in with gun murders in every US study up until recently, and it skewed the results HUGELY.

The gun "murder" rate in the United States is not particularly higher than many other places. The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) was tasked by the Obama administration after the most recent large scale active shooter incident. The study was about the actual gun crime rates and other sources of gun violence. (with the goal of guiding the Obama administration in how to best address the issue)

The study found that the cities with the highest gun crime rates were also the cities with the strictest gun control laws - places like Chicago and the District of Columbia. Those cities have bans on "assault" weapons and high capacity handguns, and they have had those laws for decades. It didn't do anything to the gun crime rate in those cities, in fact the rates actually went up very slightly (while the gun crime rate in the rest of the state actually dropped and has been dropping country wide over the last 15 years by 12-15%....why nobody mentions this I don't know but that's from the FBI).

Within those cities, something like 80% of gun crime is conducted by gangs, against other gangs. Even most of those crimes are not conducted using "assault" weapons. Simple revolvers and other small handguns are the weapon of choice for gangs, because they're inexpensive, small, easy to work with and maintain, and easy to hide in baggy clothing. Nobody is walking around killing people with AK-47s and AR-15s...the idea is ludicrous. Those weapons are large and conspicuous, totally unsuited for use in a city. Even most of the "mass shootings" have involved smaller weapons or hunting guns like shotguns.

Outside of problematic large cities with rampant gang crime, gun fatalities were found to be in line with most of the countries in Europe, except for one thing: Suicides. When you separate out the gun suicides from other gun deaths in the United States, the death-by-gun rate is completely normal and un-elevated compared to any other place (except for small mono-race countries like the Netherlands, etc, which simply have very little conflict of any kind and are NOT in any way a direct comparison to a melting pot like the US due to the completely different demographics and tiny overall populations).

It was this study by the CDC that lead the Obama administration to forgo proposing extra gun-control measures. The impact of gun suicides (which in previous studies had not been separated out from gun murders) on the statistics was huge. New laws about mental health are in the works, and the "Obamacare" health care plans partially address the issue as well.

The US doesn't have a gun problem, it's got a mental health problem, and that's linked to the overall state of health care in the US. There are a lot of critically mentally ill persons who are slipping through the cracks because up till now, medications for serious mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc, were unavailable to much of the lower class because of the lack of health insurance. The vast majority of those persons are no risk to anybody but themselves.

Almost all of the large-scale "active shooter" incidents in the US involved somebody who had been receiving mental health care and then, due to a change in their situation like being expelled from a college, lost their health care benefits, went off their medications, and sadly lost their marbles. Those stories make the news because they're horrible, but the impact of mass shootings on the actual gun crime rate in the US is not even statistically significant. Suicide by gun alone account for orders of magnitude more deaths than the active shooter incidents that the media pays so much attention to. (Not to mention, mass shootings are NOT a "United States" thing....they happen everywhere in the world. Our media just pays the most attention to them because US media is a joke.)

So yes, sorry, he's correct in what he said. Statistically, the gun-crime rate in the United States is within normal European levels unless you include suicides.

Anecdotally, I've spent a lot of time living in Arizona and Texas (where I am currently). Both states have "open carry," so you can walk around with a gun on your hip and it's completely legal. The gun crime rates of both states are lower than much of the rest of the country. Arizona doesn't even require a permit to carry a concealed weapon! Both of these states are border states with Mexico, so you would expect the gun crime rate to be elevated but it isn't. (I should add...almost nobody actually does this...seeing somebody in Arizona or Texas open-carrying a gun is quite rare despite the lack of laws against it. Who really wants to carry several pounds of metal on their hip? It drags your belt down and is inconvenient and uncomfortable.)

Apart from suicides, the gun crime rate in the United States is quite normal. If you look at other countries with the same huge mix of races and cultures from all over the world, the United States actually has a lower gun-crime rate. (much lower.....) We're doing pretty well. In fact, going by actual land-mass and population, The United States has less gun violence than any other place on Earth. Europe is just divided into smaller countries with less internal conflict but more external conflict. (and I've spent years living in Europe).

Sorry for the rant :)  I get annoyed with this topic because there's so much emotionally charged disinformation out there.

The most telling statistic: 61% of gun deaths in the United States are the result of suicide. 61%! Thats directly from the Center for Disease Control. Almost two thirds of all gun violence in every major study in the United States wasn't even in the correct category. Other countries draw a distinction and do not include those deaths.

Is it possible the gunman will make her strip down to her underwear like Agent Simmons did in the first movie?
