I appreciated your guys talk on Third Party. Sure it was kind of covering old ground, but it was still a really good discussion. Yeah the guys at my work studio will always refer to my glacialbots and such as "knockoffs" (which in that case is actually kind of funny) despite thinking that those products are kind of cool. The guy in the cubicle next to me will bring up how much he wishes he could afford "that knockoff Hercules!" I really just keep my mouth shut for the reasons that you've described. It'd be impossible to try and explain why these things aren't really knockoffs and why they might actually cost a bit more than shelf products...

on itunes when you click ctrl and press on a podcast, a little window is suposse tu open(the one where you can see the chapter pics and select the chapter) but on my pc opens behind every open window and i cant seem to get in the front.

I think I'm nearing the end of the "3rd party" company discussion (I listen in my car on my work commute), and I'm also really enjoying it. Very good discussion. Sad that the whole "knockoff" vs "it's actually not" argument is as stonewalled as you say. I can think of a comparison to make, but I think making that comparison might be breaking a specific rule, so I won't. Excellent question, Starscream0625!

Seth, I also commiserate with you, though I've had slightly better luck, though fewer stores to shop at here in small-town-Texas. I have a Walmart in the town where I work (45 mins from here), a Walmart and a K-Mart (which I really should check) here, and a Target and a Walmart in the closest city (45 mins the other way, which I visit once a week)... nothing on the pegs except old Beast Hunter stuff that I already have, and none of it's moving - and even that stuff is very slim pickings. Target has a bunch of the exclusives out, but that's about it.

The Saturday before last, though, I hit paydirt and found Scoop, Skywarp, and the Mini-Cons and was THRILLED. They haven't restocked.

I saw a few Dreadwings at Walmart once and grabbed one, mainly for the comic. The next time I was there, the remainder were gone. They've since moved the few straggling Beast Hunters to another part of the aisle, but no Generations. It's so frustrating.

I gave up on Skids. I finally just ordered him on Amazon. I'm not telling how much I paid.

 

I could be wrong but I don't think the actor for Quicksilver is going to be in both X-Men and Avengers. I think that story was false.

 

Quicksilver in avengers 2 is being played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, best known as kick ass. Curious coincidence, qs in xmen is being played by the guy who played Todd in kick ass 1
