I picked one up because I happened to have a Botcon boxset, even though I don't particularly love this coloration . . .guess it'll be easier to sell with the upgrade together.

Anyone want a 2012 Botcon Boxset (w/ Headrobots Skel-E-Tron upgrade) minus SG Magnus?

 

Got mine and it's got terrible QC paint issues. It looks like someone with blue paint on his hands just grabbed it and then left a brown wash all over it. The red used for the eyes was very sloppy too.








Pretty disappointed in the head painting for sure. Is there a way we can still get refunded for this?

 

Oh my, seems like the lack of QC is a serious problem with this kit.

I ordered one but wound up sending back to amazon. I love the idea/concept but the colors were just to far off from the figure. I just could not get over them not matching.

This head looks awesome (when properly painted)...just don't know wtf I'd do with a Skeletor TF. Put him on my He-Man shelf? Then I just need to get some He-Man figs for that shelf...

 

I'm putting him next to Bludgeon and then when Ronin gets released, right next to Banzaitron  

 

If anyone wants to part with just the swords, hit me up. I'm the one guy who likes Gigatron the way he is, just need some non-floppy swords.

 

You'd think Headrobots or Dr. Wu would make some nice Chrome swords for this mold that would work on any color version of the mold.

 

Would make a neat shapeways project methinks... convert the Tank attachment to a longer turret piece that also has an elbow joint such that it's a gun that can be mounted over the shoulder or besides the hip... the latter of which would be much like Armada Megatron:
