    Couldn't find a previous thread so here we go.

    Set in a fictional metropolis called San Fransokyo (a portmanteau of San Francisco and Tokyo), Hiro Hamada is a 14-year old prodigy currently attending a school for the technological gifted. Creating a huggable robot named Baymax to fill the void after the death of his brother, Tadashi. Hiro soon transforms Baymax to help find the killer, Hiro soon forms a team and names it Big Hero 6, including Wasabi-No-Ginger, Honey Lemon, GoGo Tomago, Fred, Baymax, and himself.

    It's a movie.

    BTW, if this is supposed to come out this year, it seems strange that we don't have a proper trailer yet. I'm guessing we'll be getting one June or July?

    No my friend, it will be in theaters. It's a full blown film.

    Hoping so, the only Disney movie coming out that I could possibly think they'd link a trailer at this moment to is Maleficent. If not, this needs to advertised sooner or later.

    Agreed, that teaser didn't tease shit.

    Huh, they follow up Frozen with a Superhero film.......I'm game.

    I noticed that despite this being a Marvel comic originally, there doesn't seem to be any mention of this being associated with Marvel. I wonder what else Disney is planing to peel off of Marvel to claim as it's own.

    Sadly no, him and Silver Samurai will not appear, due to associations in other films.

    Marvel have the Animation rights for all of their characters so they could have put them in the movie.

    Trouble is, while this IS animated, it is not wholly produced by Marvel, like with their DTV releases. This has Disney as well, and it's a theatrical release to boot. So, because Disney lacks X-Men rights for theatrical releases, Sunfire and Silver Samurai will be no-shows here.
