Can now Synger have my babies? XD Seriously, I wanted Sentinels and we are getting them in "Days of Future Past", I wanted Apocalypse and we ARE getting him! :D  Hey, wouldnt it be funny if DoFP ends like the frst season of "Wolverine and the X-Men", that after all the troubles they had to get rid of the Sentinels they just make it possible for Apocalypse to rise to power? XD Man, that was the BEST series cliffhanger ever! Still sad that the series got cancelled by the way. :(

I'd bet my lunch that it will play out very similar to what you described.
singer kinda spoiled the surprise; it would have been shocking to see Apoc as a post credits teaser without this announcement, but whatever, Apocalypse!!!!

With Hugh Jackman not being in a future X-Men movie, I don't see this as too big of a problem. While if the Apocalypse movie is based off of Age of Apocalypse, it would be a bummer not to see stump-hand Weapon X, there are so many other X-Men characters to be used. Wolverine has been in the spotlight for nearly every X-Men movie except First Class, and First Class proved there is such a thing as a good Wolverine-less X-Men movie.

Well, finally Fox and Singer are trying to follow what Marvel did with their cinematic universe.

This sounds great, and has promise.

Good grief, all these Bleeding Cool, Comic Book Movie, JoBlo, etc. guys REALLY need to pump the fucking breaks with all this supposed "news" and even "rumors". DOFP isn't even out for another 5 MONTHS, and this other sequel to that sequel - which was 'announced' less than 24 hrs ago via Twitter with literally 2 words and some hashtags - is still 2.5 YEARS away. Seriously, they've got absolutely, 100% NOTHING to go on... like, at all. After DOFP comes out and they've actually watched, fair enough, speculate. But this rush of complete fanwank nonsense & nerd pipe dreams being passed off as 'rumor' is beyond useless.

It would be cool if they could get David Kaye to reprise the role from X-Men Evolution. I know it's a stretch and extremely unlikely but he was just awesome in the role IMO.

Yeah as much as I love Mr. Kaye, I didn't care for him as Apocalypse.

I prefer the guy who did the voice in the 90's cartoon.

You are better off watching the final season to X-Men Evolution. Not only was the series actually good, but they did an incredible job with their version of Apocalypse.

Why did they give him robotic sound effects every time he moves? That was always so weird to me.

For voice, I like both about equally, although I agree with Kain that Evolution was a better show (with Wolverine and the X-Men being a better show than both the '90s series and Evolution).

Although on a side note, that Cable voice in the '90s cartoon is freaking awful. I don't remember it being that bad. And Bishop's voice is about the worst choice they could have found if they had a contest to see how bad they could do.

edit: Magneto's voice sucked pretty hard, too.

    well that's a weird conversation.

he's all talking to himself. i can't get over that he's talking to himself, enough, to take that scene seriously. :lol

i like all the x-men series, but, i think i myself, prefer the fox x men most.

except for what wolverine and the x men did to cyclops. that was horrible.

If I have to spend 2 hours just to get to the good stuff, it isn't worth it. I can spend that 2 hours watching something I like.

Anyway, the show was canceled with an incomplete storyline, so I have no reason to watch it.

I am with you. I did like "Wolverine...", I admit it takes some time to get good rythm but its a good show at the end. I still feel sad because of the cliffhanger ending but..meh...kinda have to get over it . T.T

As for the "X-Men Evolution" comment from Dr. Kain: Hm..dont know, I remember trying to watch the show but I think the dub was bad and I didnt like the fact that there was a huge gap between new episodes.Eventually I lost interest. :(

The voices for Evolution were the same ones from Beast Wars, how could I not like them?

I do agree though, WB had huge gaps of no new episodes just like CN has been doing with everything.

Yeah, and why would I want to bother watching something incomplete when I can watch something that is?
