The SW Universe has had more retcons than it needs or deserves. But okay, we'll say Ezra survives. Since he's not technically a Jedi, I guess he escapes persecution and goes somewhere off to live a life in peace or something, or alternatively stays with the Rebels and his story continues on another track. It's open as to what his ultimate fate is at this point. Around ROTJ only. In ANH and ESB he was in good shape. And he's a Jedi Master, his senses are in TOP shape.
Ben was lying or telling him things from a certain point of view to Luke throughout his training so i wouldn't rule out making him infer what he wants by using the word 'last' for example Rex and co could be 'The Last of the Clones' despite there being 3 of them. But that is just my point of view.

Here's a good look at Sabine's new armor, taken directly from Disney's websites. Super glad she's got a full-body suit now and not something that exposes her arms, it's much more Mandalorian-like. Speaking of Mandalore, have they said anything about going there in Rebels?
That looks awesome. I don't know about going to Mandalore, but they have said they would be exploring her Mandalorian past so it's possible.

I don't think they would be able to get Harrison Ford to do voice, but I wouldn't rule it out if he really enjoyed working on The Force Awakens. I think they'll more than likely get someone who can do a good impression of him like the voice actors in Clone Wars for the film characters'
I hope it's a cameo that makes sense. I certainly wouldn't want him helping the rebels before he officially starts helping the rebels...
I'm sure I remember Filoni at Celebration saying they would only do cameos if they made sense and they might be fairly small so as to not have the galaxy seem to interconnected. I'd be happy with seeing him in a bar or talking to Lando before Lando walks over to greet the crew and Han leaves. But that would probably annoy a lot of people.
In an old game called Empires At War, Han needed money, and Mon Mothma gave him a job. It's a simple enough plot to throw in, Han and the Rebels cross paths, with nothing more than a "Hey." "Sup." as they walk by each other. A line I hope they use for Han is "I have a bad feeling about this". Though I wouldn't mind another Lando ep.
